Quantification of the NF-κB-p65 nuclear mean integrated density clearly validated these dynamics by showing a highly significant increase in nuclear NF-κB-p65 fluorescence after 30 minutes (93,96% ± 6,04%) and 1 hour (88,00% ± 12,00%) of TNF-α-treatment compared to untreated controls (<20%) (Fig. 4b ).

The genus Dialister , which showed an increasing trend of abundance in the higher Q3 NLR group, has been associated with irritable bowel syndrome 46 , 47 .

However, the MAPE showed a decreasing trend from 25 °C to 35 °C.

Overall, the surface temperature data from both the sensors showed an increasing trend from the month of November 2016 to February 2017 over the summer season of the Sydney city.

Although statistically significant only in females, Tsh transcript showed a trend towards the increase in the pituitary of TCDD treated mice (Fig. 1d ).

Lastly, each of the individual surgeons underwent exploratory adjusted analysis for ECB benefit (data not shown); one surgeon had an overall trend of a non-significant, positive effect whilst the rest of the surgeons had non-significant, negative impact.

A small trend was found, however, suggesting that under more difficult viewing conditions (fewer phosphenes and/or smaller font sizes), the new RPG sentences were slightly easier to read than MNREAD sentences, and under easier conditions were slightly harder.

Although there was no significant correlation for healthy donors, we do not exclude the possibility that an association may have been identified with an increased cohort and indeed, our data did suggest a slight trend.

Chewiness showed a trend similar to hardness, and was steadily reduced from 78 to 26, 32, 39, and 46 in samples stored at −5 °C, −20 °C, −40 °C, and −80 o C, respectively (Fig. 2c ).

The initial value of water activity was 0.97, and it subsequently exhibited a decreasing trend throughout the storage period.

However, Brd1 +/− mice were characterized by nominally significant volume reductions in several, particular, sub-cortical brain structures.

The negative temperature impact was present during the entire studied period, with an increasing trend that becomes especially pronounced after 1950 for all months between April and July as well as the seasonal average (April–July) (Fig. 5e ).

Coinfection (OR 3.493, 95% CI 0.814–14.998, P = 0.092) had borderline significance (Table 4 ).

Both models revealed highly significant values of validation parameters (Table 3 ).

For example, recent studies indicated that there was a decreasing trend of lung CM in Western, Southern and Eastern European countries by applying tobacco control, yet the results were constrained to Asian countries even with a stable tobacco level 1 .

Of the OTUs that were significant during the neutral water intervention five were among the OTUs with P-values below the 10 th percentile during the alkaline intervention, two of which were nominally significant.

After that a decreasing trend began.

This explanation is compatible with the finding that IMI-treated animals displayed highly significant reductions on several parameters including the number of attacks by the resident, the duration of the attacks, and the total fight time (Fig. 5 and Supplementary Fig. 4 ).

Figure 8a shows the TG-DTA curves of powdery α-MoO 3 microbelts, initial weight was around 3.293 mg, and its weight had hardly significant change before 700 °C as well as the TG curve without ant stage decomposition, and only a loss of weight was about 4.03% due to the evaporation of water molecules in the product, so that powdery α-MoO 3 microbelts had good thermal stability before 700 °C.

Considering the location-shift model whereby a significant trend in LR corresponds to a significant trend in the same direction for all quantiles evaluated, we intersect the direction and significance of trends in LR and QR (Fig. 1a ).

Results Serum levels of GP73 decreased with age Figure 1A showed the serum levels of GP73 exhibited a decreasing trend with age in healthy controls.

The odds ratio (OR) showed a decreasing trend along with the increased 25(OH)D concentration (Fig. 5 ).

Temporal development of ADHD administrative prevalence The administrative prevalence of ADHD did not show an increasing trend (Fig. 2a ).

We found highly significant differences in postural control, reflected in differences in the rate of spontaneous movement of the head between toddlers with ASD versus those without ASD.

On day 42, a difference between all three pellet conditions could be observed and showed a trend towards elevated levels in HP-stimulated groups compared to static control pellets for all 3 investigated cytokines.
