Statistical analysis was made by Student’s t-test between two groups and the differences were considered to be significant for p ≤ 0.05 and highly significant for p ≤ 0.01.
Excerpts
Results Analysis of variance (ANOVA) The analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed highly significant effects (p < 0.01) for treatment, genotype, and the genotype × treatment (G × E) interaction across all evaluated traits (Tables 2 and 3 ).
When the P3b latency was adjusted for age, following the norms recommended by the International Federation of Clinical Neurophysiology, the Z scores demonstrated not only a statistically significant difference in the Mann-Whitney U test, but also extremely significant levels ( p < 0.01).
A, B, C Different superscript uppercase letters within a row indicated a highly significant difference (p < 0.01).
The statistical analysis confirmed a highly significant difference ( p < 0.01, CV = 17.58%) among treatments.
In the adjusted model, this association was only nominally significant [β (95%CI): 0.36 (0.08–0.64), p = 0.01, Fig. 3 A].
A highly significant z-score (z > 3.09, p < 0.01) indicates more non-synonymous substitutions than assumed under the neutral model, and only amino acid changes with a score between 6 and 8 and with a positive z-score < 0.001 were considered 94 .
WHO grade was highly significant in most of the subtests (p < 0.01 in 8/15 subtests and p < 0.05 in 3/15 subtests).
The results showed that on Day 2, at an altitude of 4300 m, there was a highly significant difference in the depressive subscale score on the BFS between the AMS+ and AMS− groups ( p < 0.01).
The effect of hydroxymethylation on male precocious puberty was extremely significant ( P < 0.01 ) (Table 1 ), as well.
The selected independent variables were Z 3 , Z 5 , and Z 6 (P < 0.05), of which Z 3 and Z 6 reached an extremely significant level (P < 0.01).
The myocardial samples from the Simvastatin 40 group had importantly decreased incidence of cleaved caspase-3 positive muscle cells than those from the Simvastatin 20 group (20.6 ± 3.1% and 32.1 ± 5.8%, p < 0.05, respectively), and highly significant compared to the LPS group ( p < 0.01) (Fig. 3c–e ).
SIMPROF plot expressed interconnections and highly significant correlation (Pi = 0.813, p <0.01), signifying genuine relationship between the contaminants (Fig.
Differences were deemed significant (*) at P < 0.05 and extremely significant (**) at P < 0.01.
The difference in the mean intensities was highly significant (p-value < 0.01, Fig. 2C ).
In the GPAT family, GPAM expression level was remarkably increased after 12 hours of 17β-estradiol treatment and the differences in comparison with control group were either significant ( P < 0.05) or highly significant ( P < 0.01).
Additionally, the interaction between the ethanol concentration and material liquid ratio was highly significant ( P < 0.01).
Significant correlations ( P < 0.05) are indicated by *, and extremely significant correlations ( P < 0.01) are indicated by **.
Statistical analysis were performed using an unpaired, two-tailed t-test (GraphPad Prism 9.0.0) P-value: significant *( P < 0.05); highly significant **( P < 0.01); extremely significant ***( P < 0.001) and ****( P < 0.0001).
According to Table 3 , the results of the analysis of variance showed that in both seasons, the interaction between variety and staking techniques was highly significant ( p < 0.01).
The spectra showed a highly significant peak between 13–18 Hz (p < 0.01) and a second peak between 1–2 Hz which, however, did not reach statistical significance (p = 0.11; Fig. 2D ).
, being highly significant (P < 0.01) with the inoculation of the first four fungi indicated.
Despite these environmental differences, treatment main effects remained highly significant for all 12 parameters in combined analysis ( P < 0.01), while Season × Treatment interaction was non-significant for 9 of 12 parameters ( P > 0.05).
Over a 48-month follow-up period, all three groups showed a decreasing trend in knee JSW, with the IACI group having the fastest JSW decline rate at -0.020 mm/month (95% CI: -0.027 to -0.013, p < 0.01).
Compared to the control group (0 h), MDA exhibited a significant ( p < 0.05) and highly significant ( p < 0.01) increase at 6 h (1.299-fold) and 24 h (1.939-fold), respectively.
