The study further reveals a highly significant positive correlation ( p < 0.01) between ammonium nitrogen content and fungal Pd_faith index during seasonal freeze-thaw periods (Table 3 ), suggesting superior environmental adaptability of fungi over bacteria under low-temperature stress.

Between 2015 and 2019, an increasing trend in the annual sporozoite rate was observed in the three major vector species both in the lowland (Chi-squared test: χ 2 = 9.04, df = 1, p < 0.01) and highland (Chi-squared test: χ 2 = 8.08, df = 1, p < 0.05) study sites (Fig. 4 ).
Soil pH showed a highly significant ( P < 0.01) and positive linear relationship with the number of nif H gene copies (r = 0.64, Supplementary Fig.
Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient showed a strongly significant negative correlation between C-reactive protein and the AGR (ρ = − 0.71, P < 0.01), as well as a weakly significant negative correlation between the NLR and the AGR (ρ = − 0.41, P < 0.01) and a weakly significant positive correlation between hemoglobin and the AGR (ρ = + 0.46, P < 0.01).
The social sentiment coefficient is insignificant in ARIMA and Random Forest ( p =0.12 and p =0.15), but highly significant in LSTM ( p <0.01), suggesting that traditional models are unable to resolve its time-varying effects.
The soil Cr (r = 0.654) was highly significant ( p ≤ 0.01) correlated with Mn in surface vegetables of the mining area.
After the concentration increased to 200 μmol/L, DRG cell activity began to show a decreasing trend, with a significant difference compared to the activity in the 100 μmol/L group (p < 0.01).
Differences between groups were considered statistically significant when the p-value was less than 0.05 ( p < 0.05) and highly significant when the p-value was below 0.01 ( p < 0.01).
Both ORFs and LOC genes were highly significant between 2 to 7-fold difference and AUC value of >0.75 (FDR p-value < 0.01).
All unimodal conditions show highly significant effect sizes (p < 0.01), but this is not the case for any cross-modal pairings (p > 0.05) (Table 2 ).
Soil aggregate characteristics as influenced by PON and MON Our analysis identified significant ( P < 0.05) or highly significant ( P < 0.01) positive correlations between soil total PON, MON and MR 0.25 , MWD, GMD values, whereas negative correlations between soil total PON, MON and D values (Fig. 6 ).
Statistical analyses were done with the software Origin, and significance levels were set at p < 0.05, with highly significant differences at p < 0.01.
The association between the two metabolites and various clinical measures Pearson correlation analysis indicated that in the LS group, there was an increasing trend of Biliverdin in peripheral blood with the enlargement of infarct volume (Pearson correlation, r = 0.83, p = 0.01, Fig. 3 A).
ANOVA (Table 4 ) reveals the linear terms A and B and all the quadratic terms A 2 , B 2 and C 2 are highly significant ( p < 0.01).
When the P3b latency was adjusted for age, following the norms recommended by the International Federation of Clinical Neurophysiology, the Z scores demonstrated not only a statistically significant difference in the Mann-Whitney U test, but also extremely significant levels ( p < 0.01).

When these variables are included in the model they have (as a group) highly significant independent effect, apart from radiation exposure, on all circulatory disease, IHD and heart disease apart from IHD and hypertensive disease ( p < 0.01, results not shown); the adjusted trends with dose are very similar to those of the main analysis ( Table 3 , Supplementary Table S4 ).
According to Table 3 , the results of the analysis of variance showed that in both seasons, the interaction between variety and staking techniques was highly significant ( p < 0.01).
In addition, the direction of effect was consistent for five of the six EA index SNPs and the magnitude of effect was larger than in EA and nominally significant (p = 0.01) for the index SNP at SLC5A10 in this smaller AA study sample.
