Spatially, we found that after the construction of the WFZ and CJY, and after the first and second elevation increases in the DJK, the average growing season NDVI of the riparian vegetation in this basin all showed an increasing trend ( Figure 3 ).
Excerpts
The areas where the NDVI showed a decreasing trend were mainly distributed in the north of this region after the construction of the CJY ( Figure 4 e,f).
In contrast, XY335 showed an increasing trend and was significantly higher than KH8, indicating less inhibition of PSII potential activity.
Although some pathways showed marginal significance in adjusted p -value (Padjust), the number of genes involved in each pathway was small (mostly 1–8 genes) with low enrichment factors.
radians showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, with the maximum values observed at 12 d of commensal germination.
The contents of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, and total phosphorus in BFD treatment increased by 39.5%, 40.2%, and 46.8%, respectively, and total potassium showed an increasing trend but was not significantly different from the control.
Habitat and canopy position each had highly significant effects on all eight traits, and—except for PD and LA—the main effect of habitat was the largest ( Table 2 ).
LSI showed a decreasing trend from the upper to the lower canopy, while SLA varied little among canopy positions.
The transfection efficiency peaked at 30 μg and showed a decreasing trend at higher concentrations.
The primary bitter compounds responsible for this bitterness in bamboo shoots, the mechanism behind this variation in bitterness, whether it is driven by environmental or natural factors, and the economic losses resulting from such variation constitute a highly significant issue worthy of in-depth investigation.
In 2021, under the same irrigation conditions, the plant height showed a trend of decreasing with increasing N applications.
In 2021, under the W2, W3, and W4, the stem diameter showed a decreasing trend with increasing N applications.
The second year, plant height, stem diameter, yield and WUE had an increasing trend with increasing N applications at the W1.
Conversely, 22% of the area showed an increasing trend, although only 2.2% was significant.
Overall, approximately 78% of the area showed a decreasing trend.
The sticky texture observed on apple surfaces during storage is primarily associated with fluctuations in the content of secondary alcohols [ 102 ], and the content of alkanes in cuticular wax shows a decreasing trend, while the content of fatty acids increased [ 103 ].
Although the p -value was close to the significance threshold of 0.05, it was considered only marginally significant.
In contrast, the survival rates of grafted seedlings by chip budding and patch budding showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing from March to July and from August to November.
Enterobacteriaceae and fungal counts also showed an increasing trend.
MDS was higher in T0, showing having an increasing trend after DOY 31 (31 January) whereas decreased during DOY 36–43 (5–12 February) when rainfall occurred following an increase in water potential, while its values increased again, surpassing those of TI until the end of the experimental period ( Figure 5 b).
We believe that leaf relative water content, Pn, SOD and MDA may be significant determinants of drought resistance, which is consistent with previous studies [ 66 ].
zhennan exhibited an increasing trend during drought stress, with the maximum value reaching 0.6 μmol/g.
rostratum leaves showed a decreasing trend; meanwhile, its leaf soluble sugar and catalase contents were 3.5 to 4.3 times and 1.5 to 2.5 times those of S. nigrum , respectively, indicating a lower oxidative stress level and higher stress tolerance in S. rostratum .
rostratum showing an increasing trend as soil N concentration rose ( Figure 1 ).
Under controlled irrigation, rice yield generally exhibited an increasing trend with increasing nitrogen application rate, followed by a tendency to decline at higher nitrogen application rates.
