Correlation Analysis of Soil Physicochemical Properties Pearson correlation analysis reveals highly significant positive correlations between the soil pH and pHBC, as well as between the soil pH and CEC.
Excerpts
Soil pH Changes under Different Fertilization Treatments Compared to the initial soil pH of 6.48, the soil pH in all the N-related fertilization treatments, except for the CK and PK treatments, exhibited a decreasing trend from 2012 to 2020 ( Figure 1 ).
Consequently, this delay may be significant increases in age differences, flowering, and cherry fruit maturation [ 3 ].
Further, the Cluster 2 genes displayed an increasing trend in expression; however, it is worth noting that the expression levels of these genes were higher in the CK group compared to the ABA treatment group.
a clear trendgold
For IPAv values, red varieties did not show a clear trend with respect to irrigation.
This does not include the P adsorbed on the surface structures of the cell which might be significant; in certain microalgal species such as Micractinium simplicissimum , it can even surpass the cell P quota (see, e.g., [ 24 ]).
a notable trendgold
A notable trend emerged: in blight-susceptible varieties (cv.
Wu [ 85 ] noted a decreasing trend in K content in lettuce as R:B ratios ranged from 100:0 to 60:40, whereas Liu [ 86 ] observed an initial increase followed by a decrease in K content as R:B ratios ranged from 3:1 to 1:3 with the highest content at 1:1 and the lowest at 3:1.
Meanwhile, sample H5 contained the highest levels of p -coumaric and caffeic acids, with highly significant differences from the other samples under the same cultivation conditions (H4, H6–H8).
As shown in Table 1 and Table S2 , we obtained 3 upregulated (2 Protein DMR6-LIKE OXYGENASE 2 ( DLO2 ; Cs9g14480 and orange1.1t01963) and 1 Protein DOWNY MILDEW RESISTANCE 6 ( DMR6; Cs5g16310)) and 1 downregulated ( DLO1 ; Cs5g28730) gene involved in the SA catabolic process, 2 upregulated UDP-glycosyltransferase 74F2 ( UGT74F2 ; Cs5g21200 and Cs5g21220) genes involved in the conversion (glucosylation) of SA to SAG and SA glucose ester (SGE) [ 106 ], and an unchanged SA level and an increasing trend in SAG level in LN0 vs.
The contents of H 2 O 2 in the three cultivars showed a trend of decreasing first, then increasing, and then decreasing again. 2.2.
The sucrose content of the three cultivars showed a decreasing trend with time.
Inbreeding Coefficient The inbreeding coefficient (F) showed an increasing trend for all GS strategies ( Figure 4 ).
With the intensification of stress, the content of H 2 O 2 in plants showed an increasing trend.
Phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan bio-synthesis, glycerolipid metabolism, and butanoate metabolism pathways were identified as moderately significant pathways (0.05 < FDR < 0.1).
Saturated Hydraulic Conductivity Under magnetically treated water drip irrigation with microbial organic fertilizer, the saturated hydraulic conductivity (Ks) showed a decreasing trend with increasing application rates of microbial organic fertilizer in 2021 ( Figure 5 ).
Moreover, Tukey’s HSD test at α < 0.05 among the four irrigation treatments at the three sampling times showed highly significant variability in all soil cations but with no significant changes in soil anions.
However, the expression of the other five genes, namely CsGR-RBP3 , CsGR-RBP4 , CsGR-RBP5 , CsGR-RBP-blt801 , and CsGR-RBP-RZ1A , showed a decreasing trend.
Incidence and Severity Highly significant differences were observed between the treatments evaluated for the control of vascular wilt disease in tomatoes.
Furthermore, an increasing trend was observed in the number of patents filed per decade.
When we compared the chlorophyll content of the two plum varieties studied, a decreasing trend was found in the skin and flesh, as shown in Figure 4 .
An increasing trend was observed in the 1000-seed weight of two varieties as the planting density increased from D1 to D3.
These differences were highly significant. 2.2.2.
However, the LM and MM groups for 15–20 d showed a trend of increased proliferation compared to the CK group, suggesting that moderate concentrations of MeJA might promote the growth and development of S. tenuifolia adventitious buds.
urophylla exhibited a similar behavior to what was found for height, showing an increasing trend in root depth with the age of the stand.
