Rice yield and nitrogen use efficiency both showed a trend of increasing then decreasing with nitrogen fertilizer application, and nitrogen loss gradually increased with the amount of nitrogen fertilizer input.
Excerpts
Nevertheless, such changes may be significant for molecular recognition considering a single amino acid substitution could change the physicochemical properties at a specific protein surface and therefore change the strength or even the occurrence of an interaction.
However, TP showed a decreasing trend, and the differences were all not significant ( p > 0.05).
kansuensis , TC, TN, TOC, and NH 4 + ·N showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.
Response of Leaf Dry Matter Accumulation to the Planting Date Rapeseed leaf dry matter showed a decreasing trend at the early planting date (15 September), showing an increasing trend from the day of initial anthesis to 14 DAA and then decreasing under other treatments ( Figure 2 ).
At each stage, with the increase in nitrogen application levels, the soil EEA showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing (or remained unchanged), and both LD and PM treatments reached their highest activity at the 225 kg·hm −2 nitrogen application rate.
Meanwhile, the SOC, TN and TP contents under the PM and LD treatments showed an increasing trend with the increase of in nitrogen application levels and reached the highest level at 225 kg·hm −2 on the whole ( Figure 1 , Table 1 ).
The modeling results showed that maize phenology for the six cultivars based on the different genetic coefficients under scenarios RCP4.5 and RCP8.5 presented a decreasing trend for the number of days to flowering ( Figure 3 ) if no adaptation measure was adopted.
Exposed plants exhibited pronounced phytotoxic effects during the eight days trial period, with highly significant reductions seen in the plants’ morphological parameters.
[ 11 ] described a highly significant general combining ability (GCA) effect for ATC, GTC, and TTC composition; and a significant specific combining ability (SCA) effect for ATC employing diallel analysis in rapeseed.
Once this threshold was exceeded, for the AS08♂F6, AS29♂F6 and AS30♀F7 genotypes, a decreasing trend in non-mycorrhizal areas of up to 82% was observed.
Nevertheless, there seemed to be a decreasing trend of K root over time in CE-WW, NB-WW, and CE-DS.
markedly significantqualified
The daily patterns of g s at the end of drought (66 DODS) showed markedly significant differences between WW and DS, regardless of the cultivar ( Figure 3 A).
In flower tissues, the most abundant and highly significant compounds were α-pinene, limonene, γ-terpinene and neryl-acetate.
Moreover, with increasing MAT, leaf K had an increasing trend, but increasing MAP showed an opposite trend in QT. 2.4.
The a* values of the juices during both heat treatment and four months storage ( Table 3 ) showed a general decreasing trend while b* values presented an increasing trend (decrease in redness and blueness), probably as a result of the anthocyanin losses resulting from the degradative processes.
[ 13 ] observed that p -CUA had a decreasing trend with increasing N levels; moreover they also found that FRA, p -CUA, and VA were improved when N fertilizer ranged between 180 kg N ha −1 and 300 kg N ha −1 ; Stumpf et al.
Additionally, antioxidant capacity (AOC) showed an increasing trend as germination went on, ranging from a 1.2- to 11.0-fold increase in ABTS-based assay in sprouts and wheatgrass, respectively (compared to seeds) ( Table 2 ).
A decreasing trend in the growth of the plants was evident from the low-density treatment to the high-density treatment ( Figure 3 b).
We found that, except for LiNAC8 and LiNAC11 , the relative expression of LiNAC7 , LiNAC14 , and LiNAC19 showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing in ‘Xiariwuniang’, with the highest expression in the S2.
After the most highly significant genes are revealed, GBS may be used for high-density genetic mapping, genetic diversity and population structure analysis, QTL mapping, and genome-wide association studies (GWAS) [ 46 , 47 , 48 ].
extremely significantqualified
Similar extremely significant correlation was found for MT-treated pakchoi even though the yellowing process, respiration rate and ethylene production were mitigated with MT treatment ( Table 1 ).
The (T air –T leaf ) × genotype and total water use × genotype interactions were highly significant ( Table 4 ), indicating that the effects of leaf-to-air temperature differential and total water use per plant on biomass reduction% under high temperature depends on the genotype.
an obvious trendgold
The expression levels of CsALMT4 , 5 and 9 in subclass II did not show an obvious trend along the Al concentration gradient ( Figure 4 ).
Δ G R-E , Δ G Z-E , Δ G R , Δ G Z and Δ G B showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the aggravation of drought.
