The differences in the proportion of identified heterospecific song types between sympatric and allopatric Thrush Nightingale males were highly significant (GLM, DF1 = 1, DF2 = 15, F = 25.94, p = 0.00013), as was the difference in the proportion of Common Nightingale song types in repertoires of sympatric Thrush Nightingale and Common Nightingale males (GLM, DF1 = 1, DF2 = 15, F = 14.56, p = 0.0016).
Excerpts
These effects on theta power included: a highly significant reduction at frontal sites (p = 1.55×10 −4 ) and a marginally significant reduction at parietal sites (p = 0.0499) in Sp4 hypomorphic animals, as well as a slight but significant increase at occipital sites (p = 0.0203) in wildtype animals ( Fig 4B ).
When all absolute raw ITVs (900) were correlated with respective area values a highly significant inverse relationship was observed ( r = - 0.125, p = 0.000169).
A t-test was also performed to validate significant enrichment of repetitive elements in the intergenic regions which gave a highly significant p-value for the enrichment of repetitive elements in the intergenic regions (p-value = 0.0001957 in S . tuberosum and p-value = 6.018e-11 in S . lycopersicum ).
approached significance-Log(p-value) = 3.7
The false negative chemical mefenamic acid approached significance (-Log(p-value) = 3.7) and exhibited a pattern in which all but one of the 11 altered genes were directionally consistent with the biomarker.
Homogeneity of variance (or dispersion) was tested using PERMDISP and was highly significant from homogeneity of variance ( P = 0.0002).
The amount of FD4 diffusing through the monolayer (measured by the permeability coefficient, P app ) treated with TGFβ3 was about 10fold higher (highly significant, p = 0.0002) compared to an untreated monolayer ( Fig. 2 ).
Biological process annotations of these genes showed highly significant enrichment for lipid metabolism genes (P = 0.0002).
We find that there is a highly significant correlation between carrier status weighted by either acetylcholine EC 50 (β = −0.67, r 2 = 0.017, P = 2×10 −4 ) or by response to low nicotine (β = −0.29, r 2 = 0.02, P = 6×10 −5 ) when variants are expressed with the α3 subunit.
Interestingly, there was also a slight trend for longer wing length in early arriving males (simple linear regression, p = 0.0002, F 1,87 = 15.4, R 2 = 0.14).
Results and Discussion Metabolites and isotopic signatures With increasing CH 3 F concentration, acetate accumulated while methane accumulation was reduced accordingly ( Figure 2A ) resulting in a highly significant negative correlation (r = 0.7, P = 0.0002).
Methodological Quality Methodological quality as assessed by the Jadad score increased significantly over time (P<0.0001); we also reanalyzed the data minus the first period (1948–1953) (where the average Jadad score was much lower) and the increase over time was still highly significant (p = 0.0002) ( Figure 4 ).
All correlations are highly significant (p<0.0002), indicating the null hypothesis that the correlation is equal to zero can be rejected.
This reduction was highly significant relative to that in CpG-A-treated cells from 10 healthy donors in 14 experiments ( p = 0.0002) and relative to control supernatants from Huh7.5 cells transfected with subgenomic replicon and rendered apoptotic by UV irradiation (p = 0.01).
Post-hoc analysis of the marginally significant interaction (T x Day, Table 2 ) revealed significant effects of temperature on Day 11 (linear contrast with Bonferroni correction; Ζ = −4.045, p = 0.0002), but no difference between temperatures on Days 9 and 10.
fulviflamma was confirmed by a highly significant chi-square test (χ 2 = 14, df = 1, P<0.0002).
More precisely, a clear differentiation in the overlap type groups is evident, as both F-tests and P-tests [32] are highly significant (for F -test: p<0.0002; for P-test: p<0.001) which is further supported by the high bootstrap values obtained between the clades ( Figure 2 and Figures S1 and S2 ).
The effect of manufacturer on overall (global) taxonomic abundance was highly significant (p<0.0002).
As demonstrated in Fig 4B , 12 out of 18 (66.7%) patient samples showed a highly significant increase in plasma CgA levels (P = 0.0002) during tumor progression which was in total nearly nine times higher (mean increase of 291.3 U/l) compared to samples derived from patients with NEN of the colon and rectum.
Because both factors and the interaction were highly significant (p ≤ 0.0002), in the next step we performed one-way ANOVA with Tukey post hoc test separately for each generation.
This translated into a highly significant increased rate of survival within mAb treated mice compared to control mice (31283 p = 0.0002; 31259 p = 0.0004; 29044 p = 0.0003), as displayed in Fig 7C .
Using these 18 donors, the difference between 80% neutralization titers obtained for USHIV+ using bulk versus NK-depleted PBMC was highly significant (Wilcoxon rank, p=0.0002), demonstrating a substantial impact of NK cells on PBMC neutralization titers.
Though this gene has been used in the literature [ 39 ], performance of this gene in our mouse panel was mediocre, and as shown in Fig 6A , the raw (non-normalized) data for B2M in our mouse muscle dataset does appear to suggest a highly significant (P = 0.0002) increase in B2M expression in dystrophic tissue.
Applying the GEPHAST analysis separately to each of the three groups defined by STRUCTURE (assuming each group to be homogeneous) reveals a striking pattern in which both INRA111 and BMS2753 yield highly significant associations in just one of the three groups (P = 0.0002 and P = 0.0005 respectively, corrected for 30 tests).
The results remained highly significant (p=0.0002).
