Combined with correlation analysis between miRNA expression and histological properties of hair follicles, highly significant differences in miRNA-143 expression levels between large and small waves were observed (P<0.01), and significant differences in the miRNA-10a expression levels between large and small waves ( P <0.05) and in let-7i expression levels between large and medium waves were observed ( P <0.05).
Excerpts
In the group where the child’s nutritional status was normal, BAZ showed a significant trend according to maternal nutritional status ( p < 0.01).
Statistical analysis To evaluate the effects of metal ions and organic solvents on MnP activity and decolorization of dyes, the ANOVA, the analysis of variance, was performed using the software SPSS (*significant difference, p-value<0.05; **highly significant difference, p-value<0.01).
We found a moderately significant negative association between pain measured by NRS immediately after walking and mGDI ( r = -0.45; p<0.01), Table 3 .
Similarly, the Social Vulnerability Index showed a significant trend for the percentage of those without a high school diploma (β = 0.02, p<0.01).
Since the interaction effect of population and extraction method was highly significant ( p -value < 0.01) for all four response variables ( Table 11 ), multiple means comparison was done to compare the nine combinations of population and extraction method using the lsmeans statement at the 5% level of significance ( Table 12 ).
In contrast, the pooled frequency of single infections with HPVs other than HPVs 16, 18, 45, or 39, plus double infections, showed an increasing trend from younger (15.8%) to older (46.2%) women (r = 0.75, p = 0.01, Spearman correlation).
When we compared invasive rat activity in pre- and post-COVID lockdown conditions, we found the decrease in Rattus activity to be highly significant (p < 0.01).
Between the two groups of maternal rats, there was a highly significant difference in Bifidobacterium (p <0.01).
The crude dysglycemia prevalence estimates across the ordinal quartiles demonstrated an increasing trend (p<0.01) of each adiposity indicator ( Table 3 ).
Values were considered significant when 0.01< P <0.05 and highly significant when P <0.01.
A highly significant linear relationship was found between phenolic/flavonoid contents and CAA values (PBS wash) of different ramie types(R 2 = 0.943, p <0.01; R 2 = 0.943, p <0.01).
The correlations between total yield and pe -ratio were highly significant (P<0.01) in both untransformed and transformed data treatments ( Figs. 5a&b ).
Differences were considered significant at p<0.05 or highly significant at p<0.01.
Genotype (variety) had a highly significant ( p < 0.01) effect on plant height (PH), stem diameter (SD), leaf area (LA), fresh yield (FY), stomatal conductance (Gs), transpiration rate (Tr), and water use efficiency (WUE) and a significant ( p < 0.05) effect on leaf number (LN), crude protein (CP), and neutral detergent fiber (NDF).
The experimental model was highly significant (P < 0.01).
Emergence time, study site, population origin and the two interaction terms of population's origin × microenvironment and site × microenvironment were highly significant ( p <0.01) in early survival models, while the interaction term of population's origin × site, i.e. the standard test of local adaptation, was not significant ( p = 0.94) ( Table 2 ).
Carrageenan-induced paw edema in rats The effect of OWB extract on the carrageenan-induced rat paw edema, presented in Table S4 in File S1 , showed that the extract at 400 mg/kg inhibited 56.75% of paw edema, which is highly significant (P<0.01), compared to the animals treated with the standard drug indomethacin.
Conversely, the testes coefficient demonstrated a highly significant decrease (P < 0.01), while the epididymides coefficient, despite displaying a decreasing trend, did not reach statistical significance (P > 0.05).
Our results are robust to phylogenetic relationships: when phylogeny was incorporated into a generalized least squares analysis of phenological response to spring temperature, the results remained highly significant (P<0.01).
The average pairwise inter-laboratory difference for δ 15 N col values was 0.4‰ ( Table 3 , below diagonal), with highly significant differences among laboratories (ANOVA, F 19,76 = 19.3, p<0.01).
The difference in performance for the two modalities was moderately significant ( t (118) = -2.61, p = .01, BF = 4.03), with a higher performance in the haptic domain.
For cognitive depressive symptoms, the unadjusted association was marginally significant, but it strengthened in the final adjusted model (β = 0.31, 95% CI, 0.07 to 0.56, p = 0.01).
Results were considered significant (*) at P -values <0.05 and highly significant (**) at P -values <0.01.
Two-tailed tests of significance were considered to be significant at a p-value <0.05 and highly significant at p <0.01.
