The statistical analysis of mean difference of blue hole diameters from different H 2 O 2 showed that the increase of hole diameters is extremely significant (P<0.001) with the increase of H 2 O 2 from 0 to 20 mM, but not significant (P>0.05) with the increase of H 2 O 2 from 20 mM to 30 mM ( Table S1 ).

The differences between the values from the 3T3BXB-ER cells as well as the differences between 3T3 and 3T3BXB-ER cells were highly significant (p≤0.001), resulting in a decreased nuclear volume by ∼40% in estrogen treated BXB-ER cells.

In these two cases, the variation in transmission bias is supported by highly significant heterogeneity G -tests (multilocus genotype 45: G = 32.750, P <0.001; multilocus genotype 58: G = 27.534, P = 0.001).
Since the correlation coefficient of all regressions were highly significant (r≥0.95; p ≤0.001), we were able to produce standard curves using blood samples of each mouse (absorbance at 540 nm versus blood volume) in order to provide a rough estimation of the blood intake by each individual mosquito.
(Note that the mixed model is in this case mathematically identical to a General Linear Model.) This model showed a highly significant effect of software on the average latency, F (2786) = 2374, p <.001.
The results indicate that PH had a highly significant positive correlation with SD, NB, LL, LW, LEL, TLS, ST, SIL, and TNR at the P < 0.001 significance level and with NNS at P < 0.01 significance level ( Fig 2 ).
Treatment of ACP nymphs with dsRNA- awd causes wing malformations Highly significant abnormalities of wing formation in the emerged adults were been observed among treatments (df, 5; F, 11.57; P>0.001) ( Fig. 3B ).
Results CT-Based Changes in Tumor Size after Two Cycles of Chemotherapy Across the study cohort, the Wilcoxon signed-rank test showed a highly significant decrease in tumor diameter on CT (p<0.001) after two cycles of chemotherapy (mean size before therapy = 3.7 cm; range = 1.4–9.3 cm; mean size after two courses of chemotherapy = 2.8 cm; range = 0.7–7.3 cm).
The overall correlation was highly significant ( r = 0.904, p <0.001, Fig 3 ).
The most frequent model (59.04% of the simulations) had a medium-high correlation (Rho = 0.595) and was statistically highly significant (p<0.001) using five environmental variables: sea surface temperature, cloud fraction (max), photosynthetically available radiation (medium), dissolved oxygen in seawater and water clarity.
The treatment effect was highly significant for the 0.25% UC781 in vivo treated biopsies exposed ex vivo to 10 4 TCID 50 virus ( p<0.001 ).
Nine genes from this training set were found to have an increased burden of novel damaging mutations in our ‘restricted-eating’ and ‘binge-eating’ groups representing a highly significant, more than four-fold enrichment for known ED genes (OR = 4.2, P< 0.001).
However, in the case of Cairns, this pattern of results was highly significant ( χ 2 ( N = 1,099, df = 1) = 12.08, p < .001, Phi = .11).
The analyzed group of new-borns did not reach statistical significance, 108 out of 113 new-borns (first 28 days of life) showed no discrepancies and only five cases were discrepant (P < 0,001).
Highly significant correlations (all p<0.001) were noted between ALT values and measures of BMI, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, insulin levels, HOMA-IR, total cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations.
There was a highly significant correlation between pressure and secretory response (p < 0.001, Pearson r = 0.99).
Correlation of UCE Capture with Specimen Age and DNA Quality We found that all investigated variables (pre-library DNA concentration, post-library DNA concentration, raw read count, UCE locus count, UCE mean contig length and UCE reads on target) decreased with increasing specimen age, and this negative correlation was highly significant in all cases (R = -0.36–0.75 and p < 0.001; Table 2 , Fig 2A–2E ).
All the BOD POD regression coefficients for FFM were the same as for the FM coefficients, but in a positive trend (p<0.001 for all associations).
urediniospore germination on agar disks The smooth terms (temperature and duration on agar disks, which correlates with exposure to moisture required for germination) in the model were highly significant based on approximate measures of significance (F 18,18 = 85.2, P<0.001).
Note however that this post-hoc analysis did not remove the strong difference in occipital/posterior cingulate ratio between the CAA and AD groups, which remained highly significant ( p <0.001).
After both S and E had been completed, absolute strength remained significantly reduced in men, while only a statistical trend was observed in women (−19±9%, p<0.001 and −12±12% p = 0.074, respectively.
