The enrichment for bands on 13q and 14q was highly significant (p<0.001 for the family-wise error rate, the most stringent criterion in the Broad Institute implementation of GSEA).

Increased vascular invasion score is associated with hormone receptor negative tumors Seven of the data sets had information on ER-status [8] – [11] , [13] – [15] , and six of the sets showed significant correlations between high signature score and ER-negative tumors, five of them highly significant (p<0.001).
the amounts of variation explained by these variables while keeping other variables constant) on bacterial community variation were highly significant ( Fig. 4 ; P <0.001 with 1000 Monte Carlo permutations), even if coarse environmental descriptors were used in the study.

The brake was further evaluated in more complex models comparing models without the brake (models 3–4, table 2 ) to models with the brake (models 5–6, table 2 ) suggesting increased fit and a highly significant deviance in favor of the “brake” function comparing the best fitted models (6d & 4d) (chi2 = 67, df≈2, p<.001).
The differences in seropositive rates were statistically non-significant with clade S/wild type (Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test; p = 0.3170), but highly significant with the Delta variant (Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test; p = 0.001) ( Table 2 ).

A one-way ANOVA demonstrated a highly significant difference between two or more of these groups (*** p <0.001) and a two-sample, two-tailed t -test was used to evaluate pairwise differences ( Fig 4 ).
The GROUP×ARRAY SIZE interaction (F (2,90) = 2.92, p = 0.06) was marginally significant, and the main effect of ARRAY SIZE (F (2,90) = 120.23, p <0.001) and GROUP (F[ (1], [45) ] = 5.64, p = 0.02) was significant.
Moreover, there was an increasing trend in the total number of keratoplasties performed (P < 0.001 using MARS).
A MANOVA on all parameters captured from the catwalk, reported a highly significant difference between genotypes ( λ Wilks = .082, F (18,36) = 5.00, p < .001, no gender effect and no genotype x gender interaction).

Results Soil respiration rates of the bacterial and fungal communities showed highly significant changes with variations in substrate quality ( P <0.001; Table 2 , Fig. 1a ) but those of the coexisting community changed less significantly ( P <0.01; Table 2 , Fig. 1a ).
In the shallow-shaded treatment, AFDM decreased steadily during the first 6 weeks ( Fig 1b ), resulting in highly significant lower values compared to the shallow-to-deep treatment, after 3 weeks (one- way ANOVA: F 1,8 = 88.38, p < 0.001) and 6 weeks (F 1,8 = 32.63, p < 0.001).
The differences in bacterial composition were highly significant (F 8,18 = 6.94, P < 0.001, R 2 = 0.755) among groups.

Differences between values were considered statistically significant at p ≤ 0.05 (*), very significant at p<0.01 (**) and extremely significant at p<0.001 (***).
Differences are considered significant if P < 0.05 (denoted with *) and highly significant if P < 0.001 (denoted with **).
