MACS2 was run without modeling due to the lack of a sufficient number of highly significant peaks for the model to be constructed.
Excerpts
Furthermore, the same analysis on vCA1–PL5 ensemble pairs showed an increasing trend for the coactivation (Supplementary Fig. 7d–f ).
The overlap was statistically highly significant (hypergeometric probability = 0.0004).
When we used the classification data for single-cell analysis, RISC-binding efficiency and translational efficiency showed a trend of negative correlation (Fig. 4d ), which is consistent with the function of RISC.
As mentioned above, one highly significant interaction was detected with rs1354034, a SNP with heterogeneous quantile effects that was completely missed by LR (Fig. 6 ).
For hydrophobic species, and particularly for environment-sensitive fluorophores, we reasoned that this difference might be significant.
Neuronal degeneration and activation of caspase 3 observed in this study supports this notion and indicates non-reversible neuronal injury may be significant to individuals suffering from PASC.
However, intriguingly, we also observe a decreasing trend of conservation in non-TE-associated enhancers as TE enrichment in cell/tissues increases (gray bars in Fig. 2I and Supplementary Fig. 16 shrink with decreasing conservation; Supplementary Fig. 15B ; R = −0.84).
While again virtually no delivery was seen for the controls (IONPs mixed with free polystyrene beads), an increasing trend in delivery efficiency was seen for intact NBs as a function of the nanoprojectile size, which went hand by hand with a decrease in cell viability.
Due to the highly anisotropic morphology and preferential stacking of the ultrathin PBOC layers, the PXRD gives rise to a family of (00 l ) peaks ascribing to the ultrathin layered feature, which accounts for a slightly significant refinement convergence agreement factor 41 .
In fact, there was a highly significant linear relationship whereby the longer the NREM duration preceding a NREM-REM transition, the larger the increase in delta power, as measured by percent changes (Fig. 3b ).
We found 1136 CpGs associated to BMI (nominally significant), of which 729 (64.1%) show a significant P -value for CRP mediating the effect of BMI effects on DNA methylation, with 213 loci reaching Bonferroni significance ( Supplementary Data 2 , 10 ).
a positive trendgold
Although scattered, we observe a positive trend in dune-field age ( T ) against area ( A ) (Fig. 2 e), which could imply that dune-field expansion is driven by dune migration 19 , 28 .
The leukaemia cell frequencies in peripheral blood also showed a decreasing trend but did not reach a significant difference (Supplementary Fig. 3e–g ).
We found that SST mRNA expression was enhanced at S5D3 and S6D5, and had an increasing trend at S4D3, as compared to control (Ctrl) (Fig. 1g ).
The overall survival rates of the two groups estimated using the Kaplan–Meier method showed that the group with a high frequency of the GPX4 1106616 variant at the transcriptome level (positive ferroptosis gene set enrichment value) showed a trend toward worse clinical outcomes compared to the group with a low frequency of the variant (Supplementary Fig. 10 ).
Even in instances of nominally significant proteins that moderately exceed chance expectations by estimated FDR, the top proteins may still contain molecular information representing real biological differences.
Importantly, the signal-to-noise ratio exhibited an increasing trend as the afterglow signal recovered (Fig. 3e ).
Treatment with deltarasin led to a rapid organoid dissociation and a highly significant reduction in viability of both Apc fl/fl and KPN organoid lines demonstrating an important role for KRAS4B in maintaining CRC organoid viability (Fig. 5 e, f ).
2g–l ), as reported after ablation of PROX1 expression 7 , 23 , 24 , although chemical inhibition of autophagy by CQ showed a trend towards increased expression of CD34 and VEGFR1 (Supplementary Fig. 2g–l ).
a clear trendgold
The lack of a clear trend evidences that the capacity of NO and NO + O 2 adsorption is unable to fully describe the catalytic performance.
Large normalized perturbations, δ n e / n e > 0.1, and electric field fluctuations suggest that anomalous resistivity may be significant.
Using a virtual optomotor system that measures reflexive optomotor responses 146 , young Rod ∆ Vps35 mice showed a trend of decreasing visual acuity.
The HCS, located in the South Pacific, exhibits a similar pattern, characterized by a significant increase in upwelling intensity in its poleward region (17.1 ± 2.1% per century) and a decreasing trend of upwelling intensity in its equatorward region (−7.0 ± 1.0% per century).
3b ) and showed a trend to increase seeding of HCC1428 xenografts to the bones (Fig. 3c ).
