Similarly, GPP max_EC-LUE also followed the same pattern with NDVI max , showing an increasing trend from 1982 to 2018 at a rate of 1.13 ± 0.12 × 10 −2 g C m −2 d −1 yr −1 (t (35) = 9.67, P < 0.001, 95% CI [0.89 × 10 −2 , 1.36 × 10 −2 ]), but declining during the 1998-2009 period at a rate of −0.51 ± 0.29 × 10 −2 g C m −2 d −1 yr −1 (t (10) = −1.77, P = 0.11, 95% CI [−1.14 × 10 −2 , 0.13 × 10 −2 ], Supplementary Fig. 2c ).
Excerpts
Statistical significance was defined as significant ( p < 0.05), very significant ( p < 0.01) and highly significant ( p < 0.001).
9 ; PC 1 is correlated with centroid size r = 0.73 and frontal size explains approximately 32% of shape variance and is highly significant [adjusted R-squared = 0.33, degrees of freedom = 75, F = 37.11, P < 0.001]).
Considering all three conditions (Old, Novel, Scrambled) and only including RTs on correct trials, there was a highly significant main effect of distractor type ( F 2,78 = 28.1, p < 0.001).
Moreover, when we fit a model using daily HEI instead of the regular HEI score (with age and BMI as continuous variables and without any interaction terms), daily HEI remained a highly significant predictor of Shannon entropy ( β = 0.019, p < 0.001, 95% CI [0.0141, 0.0242])) (Supplementary Table 3 ), reflecting an even stronger effect than the standard HEI coefficient would have shown in that same model ( β = 0.013, p < 0.001, 95% CI [0.0085, 0.0179]).
Further M1 and M2 macrophages enrichment analysis revealed a highly significant inflammatory M1 macrophages predominance in CCR-associated EOI samples ( P < 0.001) and significant M2 macrophages enrichment in relapse-associated EOI samples ( P < 0.05) (Fig. 7d ).
The findings of these two datasets demonstrate highly significant correlation as compared to randomized data ( p < 0.001).
1D to a logistic Binomial regression model showed a highly significant effect of hpi (χ 2 = 132.964, 2 d.f., P < 0.001), mostly driven by the very low infectivity observed 36 hpi.
Using the categorization based on the three criteria, a highly significant percentage of the CNO-treated mice (50.0%) was considered addicted as compared to the control animals (16.7%, chi-square, P < 0.001, Fig. 3l ).
The agreement between the classification based on both campaigns and each single campaign dataset was highly significant (99.3%, k = 0.991, p < 0.001 for the test, when the Baffin Bay was the training set and the Fram Strait dataset was predicted and 92.9% of agreement, k = 0.905, p < 0.001 when reversed, i.e., Fram Strait as training dataset and the Baffin Bay as predicted).
The results of the present study revealed an increasing trend in juniper growth with decreasing sea ice extent ( r = −0.59, 1901–2015, p < 0.001), particularly during notable recurrent periods of significant ice cover increases in 1907, 1935–1936, 1983–1984 and 2008, resulting in low growth.
Again, there was a highly significant correlation between estimated and actual cell composition ( ρ = 0.98, p < 0.001, n = 1100).
When whole-body imaging data was included into the analysis we identified a highly significant positive correlation between the maximum size of the biopsied FLs with the proportion of unshared mutations (Spearman’s correlation ρ = 0.62, P < 0.001).
However, both genes are highly significant (p < 0.001, with log2FC values of 2.33 and 2.7, respectively) in SHGS+ versus SHGS- hepatocytes.
The correlation between the simulated temperature and the real value is highly significant ( R = 0.96, P < 0.001).
Regional Pf prevalence shows a highly significant positive correlation with levels of predicted PPQ-R estimated from the proportions of pm23 amplifications ( R = 0.64, p < 0.001), where periods of lower prevalence were generally characterized by lower PPQ-R proportions, suggesting that switching away from the use of DHA-PPQ as the frontline ACT may have had an impact on prevalence (Supplementary Fig. 6 ).
Similarly, there was an overall trend of networks located at different positions along the human disturbance gradient having different species composition ( F = 28.504; P = 0.001) (Supplementary Fig. 9c ).
We found a highly significant, positive interaction (p < 0.001) effect between MAPK-pathway altered diffuse low-grade gliomas relative and clusters 1 and 2 (Fig. 3F , Supplementary Fig. 4 ), indicating over-representation of tumors with a higher expression of immune infiltrate-related genes with this tumor entity.
We additionally verified that the observed correlation was highly significant by permuting gene labels in the ABC dataset ( p value < 0.001 over 1000 permutations).
Differences were considered statistically significant at *P < 0.05, very significant at ** P < 0.01, and extremely significant at *** P < 0.001.
P ‐values were calculated, and statistical significance was reported as highly significant with *** P < 0.001.
In the SPG, the dAl closely followed the change in surface ε Nd , showing a highly significant positive correlation (n = 19, R 2 = 0.88, p < 0.001, Fig. 6c ).
4C becoming highly significant (both increasing vs increasing-decreasing p = 0.001; both increasing vs other p = 0.013; both decreasing vs increasing-decreasing p < 0.001; both decreasing vs other p < 0.001; LME post-hoc tests, Tukey correction), as well as the difference between increasing-decreasing and other pairs becoming significant ( p = 0.040).
By performing sensitive sequence analysis using the generalized profile method 12 , we found this structural similarity to be mirrored by a distant but highly significant sequence relationship ( p < 0.001) between these families.
By using linear mixed model analyses testing for genetic variation among accessions, and by estimating the impact of the TM treatment on biomass accumulation compared to the respective mock control, we detected a highly significant accession-by-treatment interaction ( P < 0.001), highlighting natural variation in the accumulation of biomass of the accessions in response to chronic ER stress.
