The complementary nature of the different datasets was also reflected by highly significant single sample gene set enrichment analysis (ssGSEA) signatures observed in the phosphoproteomic data and, to a lesser extent, in the proteomic data (Supplementary Fig. 3D ).
Excerpts
An Ultrafast bootstrap score of 95% was considered highly significant, as recommended by the software authors.
Over most regions, the 1-pentad onset flash droughts also show an increasing trend, especially in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Central North America where the increase in the proportion of 1-pentad onset flash droughts is greater than 20% (Supplementary Fig. 6 ), indicating that more flash drought events develop within one week over these regions.
Over most regions the frequency of flash droughts, in general, does not show a statistically significant trend, and there is only a significant trend over the Mediterranean Basin, Central Asia, and Sahara (Supplementary Fig. 10 ).
Positive values of standardized test statistic Z MK indicate an increasing trend in the flash drought time series, whereas negative Z MK values suggest a decreasing trend.
Total mHTT transcript levels at both doses showed a trend of decreasing concentrations at 8 h (not significant).
MACS2 was run without modeling due to the lack of a sufficient number of highly significant peaks for the model to be constructed.
Furthermore, the same analysis on vCA1–PL5 ensemble pairs showed an increasing trend for the coactivation (Supplementary Fig. 7d–f ).
In our experiments, we observed an increasing trend of the onset potential from PyTTA-BPyDCA to PyTTA-TPA and to PyTTA-BPDA COF (Fig. 5g ).
CNO-injected control mice showed a trend towards increased plasma FFA levels, most likely as a consequence of the injection stress (Supplementary Fig. 1b ).
Although this high annual variability and our relatively short time series do not confirm an increasing trend, we observe SGLs already intersected regions vulnerable to hydrofracture in 2014, 2015 and 2020 (Supplementary Figs. 6 and 10 ).
an obvious trendgold
Despite the density functional theory (DFT) computed 129 Xe chemical shifts for a few low energy structures of the conformational search are overestimated (see Section 13.3 in Supplementary material) , there is an obvious trend of δ ( T ) < δ ( C 3 ) < δ ( S 4 ).
Although fundamental eruption processes are understood and basic precursory signals prior to eruptions can generally be detected, incomplete structural knowledge and the inability of current monitoring networks to detect small but possibly significant signals prevent volcanologists from accurately describing subtle, yet decisive fundamental volcanic processes 22 .
Due to the highly anisotropic morphology and preferential stacking of the ultrathin PBOC layers, the PXRD gives rise to a family of (00 l ) peaks ascribing to the ultrathin layered feature, which accounts for a slightly significant refinement convergence agreement factor 41 .
clearly significantqualified
By adding ten more patients the curves between C2 and C3 patients became clearly significant and showed improved survival for C3 patients (Fig. 6f ).
We found 1136 CpGs associated to BMI (nominally significant), of which 729 (64.1%) show a significant P -value for CRP mediating the effect of BMI effects on DNA methylation, with 213 loci reaching Bonferroni significance ( Supplementary Data 2 , 10 ).
a positive trendgold
Although scattered, we observe a positive trend in dune-field age ( T ) against area ( A ) (Fig. 2 e), which could imply that dune-field expansion is driven by dune migration 19 , 28 .
To determine possibly significant sites of AzAt labeling, the dataset was first screened for points that meet the criteria of a mutation rate fold change ≥1.5 and an average mutation count ≥100.
Analyses of Gene Set Enrichment (GSEA) showed highly significant modulations of gene signatures related to cell-cell adhesion, cell-matrix contact, and cell migration in conditioned media conditions compared to control (Fig. 3d, e and Supplementary Fig. 4g, h ).
Our simulations show that the total CH 4 lifetime in all cases presents an increasing trend, from ~9.5 yr at present-day (2000 – 2019) to ~10.5 yr (RCP6.0) or ~12.5 yr (RCP8.5) by the end of the century (2080–2099) (Fig. 4 ; Methods).
Subsequently, an increasing trend in [ 10 Be] reactive and 10 Be/ 9 Be is observed between ~9.8 kyr BP (~111 cmbsf) and ~5.9 kyr BP (~71 cmbsf) suggesting a gradual retreat of the grounding line and the development of a more distal environmental setting (Figs. 2 a, c, 3 a and 4a ).
The quenching degree exhibits an increasing trend with emission energy as in the case of \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$${I}_{11}^{-}/{I}_{11}$$\end{document} I 11 − / I 11 except for (9, 8) and (12, 5) nanotubes, which do not have a statistically sufficient number of data points (Fig. 3 c, d).
The considerable size of the multi-mode mixing effects on excitonic energy gaps suggest a possibly significant influence on coherent excitonic dynamics.
While we show that these effects are not critical in CSPs for the crystals considered here, they may be significant for some other crystals 46 – 48 .
a clear trendgold
A clear trend in our SV dataset was that the frequencies of SVs in bacterial genomes were uneven among taxonomical groups.
