Likewise, BEAF + and CP/CH + boundaries on chrX show a highly significant difference in insulation between males and females (Wilcoxon test p -value < 10 −4 ) (Fig. 4e and Supplementary Fig. 8e ).
Excerpts
We found highly significant positive correlations ( r > 0.91, p < 0.0001, n = 324) between the fragment intensities of all samples and only very minor and non-significant deviations from a slope of one, with Δsl ranging from 0.008 (NADW/EMW) to up to 0.243 (Lake/AABW) (Fig. 2 ).
Although the interaction was not significant, post hoc simple effect analyses confirmed that the aforementioned trend was highly significant in prefrontal cells (simple effect of cycle, F 3, 2244 = 11.3, P < 10 −4 ), with inferior parietal cells showing a similar but more moderate trend ( F 3, 2244 = 3.32, P = 0.02).
This is a highly significant difference compared to metagenomes from individuals from other countries from which bacteroidetocin B was detected in 1.9–6% of metagenomes ( P < 0.0001).
The 19/24 published experiments with moderate, strong, or total loss of binding all showed highly significant ( P < 10 −4 ) negative contrast differences.
Differences considered significant when p < 0.05 (*), very significant when p < 0.01 (**), highly significant when p < 0.001 (***), and extremely significant when p < 0.0001 (****).
The difference in the survival rates between genotypes is highly significant with values of P < 0.0001.
Aggregating results from several large-scale cis-eQTL studies across tissues 9 , 34 , we found that 12 of the 59 of the (enrichment p value = 2.8 × 10 −05 ) novel genes have nominally significant ( p value <1 × 10 −04 ) evidence of cis-regulatory SNPs to be associated with SCZ or other different neuropsychiatric diseases.
All these differences were highly significant (pairwise two-tailed t-tests, P<0.0001).
A two-way mixed-design ANOVA with the fixed factors of ‘electrode group’ and ‘recalled category’ and the random factors of ‘patient’ and ‘electrode’ (see Methods section for further details), revealed a highly significant interaction (F(1,63) = 17.69, p < 0.0001), indicating that each group of electrodes increased its HFB amplitude when the patients tried to recall images from its preferred category (Fig. 3a ).
The model was highly significant ( P < 0.0001) and showed an improved R 2 m of 0.3180 (Fig. 4 , right; Supplementary Table 6a ), supporting an immunometabolic contribution to clinical severity within EBV-naïve/low participants.
3c ), highly significant effects in paired two-way t tests (weakest effect: p = 0.0001), indicating that our experimental conditions do give rise to the so-called stereo-movement suppression phenomenon.
6c ) Stratified by 30-day survival, we found a highly significant correlation between LRT neutrophil elastase and galectin-3 in survivors only (Fig. 6d, r = 0.54, p < 0.0001), an effect that was also driven primarily by patients with ARDS, as well as patients classified to the hypoinflammatory subphenotype (Fig. 6e–f ).
A total of 210/337 genes demonstrated negative correlation coefficients with all metallothioneins (F, G, H, M and X), giving a highly significant P value ( P <0.0001).
In addition, after stem abundance was accounted for, maximum D was a highly significant predictor of species contributions to biomass (F=6,218, df=1,317, P <0.0001, R 2 =0.83, Fig. 4a ) and productivity (F=2,577, df=1,254, P <0.0001, R 2 =0.67, Fig. 4b ).
Measuring the area under the curve (AUC) for mice proceeding to PID17 (PID3-PID17) ( n = 31) demonstrated a highly significant reduction in IFU in CTH522/CAF®01 vaccinated mice compared to control mice (Mann–Whitney U test, p < 0.0001) (Fig. 6f ).
Highly significant differences ( p < 0.0001 ) were noted between vaccinated and unvaccinated groups for both maternal and cord blood samples against both viral strains.
The linear correlations of L ↓ and K ↓ with T are highly significant ( p < 0.0001) for all the five reanalysis products.
For highly significant results where the exact value does not further impact scientific interpretation, p < 0.0001 is reported.
This distribution of alternative and constitutive pG4 genes for each UTR context was found to be highly significant through permutation testing ( P value < 0.0001 for 5′ and 3′ UTRs).
A clear trend was observed: resource utilization width showed a negative correlation with MIP ( R 2 = 0.4901, p < 0.0001) and a positive correlation with MRO ( R 2 = 0.3465, p < 0.001) (Fig. 2c ).
Stretching resulted in a more moderate yet highly significant increase in γH2Ax-positive nuclei both in leiomyoma and myometrium cells (OR = 1.6 and P < 0.0001; Fig. 4d and Supplementary Fig. 12 ).
