Moreover, our detailed quantitative analysis of mitochondrial morphology of A2780 CP cells via MoDL highlighted a notable trend in response to increasing cisplatin concentrations, which is characterized by a consistent increase in mitochondrial area, form factor, and branch length, accompanied by a decrease in solidity (Fig. 6c ).
The results showed that the male larvae consistently developed significantly faster than the female larvae in all instars, except for a slight trend in quick growth during the L3 stage (Fig. 5B ).

Plasma chemistry analysis consistently showed a decreasing trend in TG and cholesterol levels, along with an increase in free fatty acids (FFA) produced by lipolysis, when treated with MN-MP/aUCP1 plus US enhancement (Supplementary Fig. 9c–e ).
Our follow-up work focused on the most statistically significant uncharacterized co-essential relationship in the dataset: THAP1 exhibits a highly significant positive association with both PSMB5 and PSMB6 (Fig. 1D–F ).
Whilst the differences in this loop may be significant on a local level, we do not see a possible way for these changes to be transmitted through the protein to the DNA binding site.
Calcium (Ca 2+ ) displayed a decreasing trend in Site F, while iron (Fe 2+ ) was highest in Haima, averaging 11.9 μM (Fig. 1l, m ).

Among 543 proximal genes with eQTL scores, 54 showed nominally significant correlations between their eQTL scores and SA; 4/54 genes ( HADHB , PRRT2 , TMEM44 , CORO1A ) survived FDR correction (Fig. 2E and Supplementary Data 9 ).
The “s” syllable (without pitch jumps), the most abundant syllable type, showed a trend of increased percentage within the total syllables in Nova1 hu/hu pups, while its amplitude was significantly lower in Nova1 hu/hu compared to Nova1 wt/wt pups.
Similarly, the FE FA/EG ratio also showed a decreasing trend.

In the pre-impact phase, it is expected that the contribute from Dimorphos to the spectrum is negligible since the surface ratio between Dimorphos and Didymos is 0.05 11 suggesting that any variation in Dimorphos spectrum should be almost insignificant compared to the light reflected from Didymos 17 .
An increasing trend of N BSS,core with the number of core binary systems, although much less significant than the one with the core mass, has ālso been reported 32 , 45 .
This preliminary analysis, although simplified, shows that no evidence of a positive trend between F4 BSS and the collision probability emerges from the available data, even when binary-mediated encounters are considered.
