We observed a significant trend where species positioned at the termini of longer evolutionary branches exhibit an expanded number of members in the TPS-a subgroup, such as the Poaceae branch in monocots (from Triticum turgidum L. to Echinochloa crus-galli (L.) P.Beauv.), the Solanaceae branch in super-asterids (from Capsicum chinense Jacq. to Petunia axillaris (Lam.) Britton, Sterns & Poggenb.), and the Rosaceae branch in super-rosids (from Prunus mume (Siebold) Siebold & Zucc. to Fragaria vesca L.) (orange bars in Figure 1 ).
Excerpts
Our laboratory data showed that the platelet level in KD patients with CAAs was significantly increased, and there was an increasing trend in the aggravation of the severity of CAAs, indicating that the DEPs linked to the activation of platelets might participate in KD with CAAs and even in CAAs of different severities, which needs to be further investigated.
Compared to the model group, the incapacitance score in the LGZ+SIN, LGZ, and SIN groups showed an increasing trend following treatment, with more pronounced improvements on the second and third days of administration.
Over the 3-day treatment period, the cold pain sensitivity scores in the LGZ+SIN and SIN groups showed a decreasing trend compared to the model group.
a clear trendgold
In this study, two groups of cells showed a clear trend of separation in positive and negative ion modes.

Cross Population Prediction in Half-Sibs with Non-Shared Parents from the Same Heterotic Group Exhibiting Potential Accuracy in DH Population In the prediction between different DH populations, a clear trend emerged: the prediction accuracy for full-sib populations was better than for half-sib populations ( Figure 5 ).
The results showed a strong correlation between the prediction accuracy of the DH populations and their corresponding hybrid populations for different phenotypes, with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.87 to 0.96, all of which were highly significant ( Figure 7 C).
One study reported a borderline significant association between the CNDP1 genotype and serum CN1 concentration, though the association with CN1 activity did not hold [ 27 ].
a notable trendgold
These findings suggest a characteristic genetic feature shared among satyrid mitogenomes, emphasizing a notable trend in nucleotide composition.
When the genes were exposed to light stress, most of the genes showed a trend of low–high–low change.
a clear trendgold
The BC-AS2 subpopulation shows a clear trend toward stronger output of PTPR and PERIOSTIN signals, whereas the BC-AS1 subpopulation receives more WNT and FASLG signals, reflecting its inclination toward the SC lineage.
The results showed that with an increased concentration of salt stress, the dry and fresh weight, root–shoot ratio, total root length, root surface area, root volume, and average diameter of the two oat cultivars showed a decreasing trend.
Using the SPSS software (IBM SPSS Statistics Version 19.0), we performed a one-way ANOVA of associations of different element concentrations between the treatments, where p < 0.05 and 0.01 were considered markedly significant and highly significant, respectively. 4.4.4.
In Germany, the prevalence was estimated at 0.71%, with an AIR of 0.05 per 100,000, showing an increasing trend in recent years [ 25 ].
a slight trendgold
Despite a slight trend in the top steady-state inactivation curves toward hyperpolarized potentials, the mid-inactivation voltage values (V h ) were not statistically different between the control (ctrl) and 2Nal groups ( Table 1 ).
Among OsCSN2K64E-OX, OsCSN2K67E-OX, and OsCSN2K104E-OX, OsCSN2K64E-OX showed the most significant difference in anthocyanin content, OsCSN2K104E-OX showed the most significant difference in total flavonoid content, and they showed a decreasing trend in both total flavonoids and anthocyanin content. 2.6.
An analysis of release curves of the extract from Et(GB) and Et[Ch(GB)NP] and the release kinetics for both types of microcapsules shows an increasing trend (in saline environment) throughout the incubation period.
Our multiple regression analyses showed a trend toward lower ETV6::RUNX1 prevalence in offspring of the high-adherence intervention groups.
This frequency increased when considering only the centers where a pollen allergy was highly significant (93.3%).
The expression of BrNHX4 in salt-tolerant variety SCKY-6-27 and salt-sensitive variety 197-2018 Qin-10-45 showed a trend of decreasing, then increasing, and then decreasing with an increase in salt concentration. 2.8.
It is already evident from the complex pathogenesis of RA, and underlined by how many different ways arthritis can be induced in animal models, that there might be significant individual variations in what drives the disease, despite the common clinical symptoms.
In RSV/PT2385 mice at day 4 p.i., we observed an increasing trend in the total number of CD4 + naïve cells as well as a significant increase in the absolute number of CD4 + effector and active T cells as compared to the RSV/CO control mice ( Figure 11 D).
As for the custom gene set, GSEA was highly significant across all subsets and the complete study group (padj < 0.01), with normalized enrichment scores of 2.135 (low), 2.088 (medium), 2.105 (high), and 2.187 (all samples).
However, an increasing trend in N species has been observed ( Table 2 ), which could be linked to a proper calculation of irrigation with RW since an excess of 2500 mm per year in such irrigation water could cause a decrease in nitrogen uptake efficiency in citrus [ 33 ] (Scholberg et al., 2002).
In the pioglitazone versus Vitamin E versus Placebo for the Treatment of Non-Diabetic Patients with Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis (PIVENS) trial, despite the fact that pioglitazone did not have any benefit in the primary outcome over the placebo, it was associated with a highly significant inflammation reduction, hepatocellular ballooning, and reduction in steatosis, and lower IR and liver enzyme levels [ 147 ].
