Expanding our analysis to include schizophrenia-associated variants (SCZ) and neurodevelopmental disorder (NDD) genes ([ 33 , 34 ] Methods), we observed nominally significant enrichment of schizophrenia-associated variants among enhancer regions of EPIs in the inhibitory neuron cell-type AD and promoter regions of ESC cell-type EPIs ( Figure 6 A,B; Figure 7 E,F; Supplemental Figure S9 ).
Excerpts
It is worth mentioning that, during this period, the H 2 O 2 content in both strains transitioned from a highly significant difference to a non-significant difference ( Figure 2 A).
The CA levels in the cytoplasm of strains Slf14 and Slf14(w) exhibited an increasing trend over time; however, no statistically significant difference was observed between the two strains ( Figure 4 A).
Additionally, the Jonckheere–Terpstra test indicated a significant trend, demonstrating that wPRS values increase significantly with each DLCN score category ( Figure 6 A).
In examining the predictive value of wPRS for FH likelihood, we observed an increasing trend of wPRS across DLCN categories ( Figure 6 A).
Similarly, a significant association was observed between wPRS and the DLCN score in the overall cohort, with marginal significance noted in the PCHD and HC groups ( Supplementary Table S2 ).
Statistical analysis revealed weak but marginally significant correlations between the PRSs and two major phenotypic aspects: eLDLC and DLCN scores.
a notable trendgold
These positive correlations were reinforced by a notable trend of increasing eLDLC levels and DLCN scores across wPRS deciles ( Figure 1 C–F).
Otherwise, the main n3-series FAs, such as α-linolenic acid (ALA, C18:3n-3), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA, C20:5n-3), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, C22:6n3), presented a decreasing trend reaching the statistical significance only for EPA ( Figure 4 C).
After 12 weeks, the treatment switch did cause slightly significant compositional changes at the genus level, but not at the phylum.
p < 0.05 is considered statistically significant, and p < 0.01 indicates a highly significant difference. 5.
Thus, the presence of phage genes encoding tRNAs may be significant in resisting bacterial antiphage defense systems and thus assist in preventing the inhibition of phage propagation [ 81 , 82 , 83 ].
a positive trendgold
After seven days of treatment, Figure 8 E reveals that the B-CGT group had significantly higher expressions of both vascular count (CD31) and green fluorescence (CD163) compared to the control and CGT groups, suggesting a positive trend in wound healing.
The effect on PDIA3 is quite significant, with a shift of more than 10 °C for the second transition; this is much closer to the first one, which is left shifted by about 3 °C ( Figure 6 ).
The regulation of transcriptional control by the telomeric components may be significant in aspects of cellular metabolism regulation.
Gamma did show an increasing trend, but this difference was not statistically significant ( Figure 1 (D3)). 2.2.
In this context, there may be significant differences between male and female mice.
Taking into account the lymphocytic profile of rats, this increase seems to be quite significant.
Taking into account the main functional indicator—swimming duration—the highest result with the lowest cost of biochemical adaptation was achieved in rats of the ACL group, while the indicators of the GTE + ACR and ACR groups indicate more or less significant adaptive shifts.
Fluorescence quantitative PCR analysis revealed highly significant differences in expression at 1 d and 28 d, and the expression was significantly lower in thick-skinned watermelon varieties.
PEMT may be significant in Alzheimer’s disease.
After the application of exogenous hormones, the antioxidant enzyme activity of the two inbred lines also showed an increasing trend compared with salt stress ( Table 1 ). 2.3.
Conversely, when comparing the different timepoints, we observed highly significant changes in protein expression levels ( Table S4 ).
The correlation between CHLG and CAO expression and chlorophyll a content was highly significant.
At the carbon metabolism level, drought stress significantly affected the relative abundance of functional genes involved in inositol phosphate metabolism, whereas nitrogen deposition had a highly significant impact on the relative abundance of functional genes involved in C5-branched dibasic acid metabolism, citrate cycle, fructose, and mannose metabolism, glycolysis/gluconeogenesis, glyoxylate, and dicarboxylate metabolism, pentose and glucuronate interconversions, propanoate metabolism, pyruvate metabolism, carbon fixation in photosynthetic organisms, and carbon fixation pathways in prokaryotes ( Table 4 ).
