The cooling in the tropical Pacific occurred +4 year after the volcanic eruption events, which was similar to the positional anomaly of ITCZ_SA in response to large volcanic eruption events, but the intensity was weak and barely significant.
Excerpts
The only highly significant correlation (r = -0.52519) found in our study was between elevation and the probability of meadow decline to the 30th percentile of the land during severe drought, with a smaller effect of slope and slope orientation on meadow drought ( Figure 15 ).
The results of the study showed that the spatial pattern of drought response time of grassland in Xinjiang had obvious seasonality, with an increasing trend from January to March and November to December in the nongrowing season and a decreasing trend from June to October in the growing season.
In STA, highly significant differences were observed in terms of STS, RSPAD, shoot and root Na + content (SNa + and RNa + , respectively), shoot and root K + content (SK + and RK + , respectively), and shoot and root Na + /K + (SNa + /K + and RNa + /K + , respectively) at days 3 and 6 after salt stress compared with the CK group.
The expression of OsHKT1;5 exhibited an increasing trend at 3 h, gradually decreased at 6 h, and increased again at 24 h in the roots of Huangluo and Shanfuliya ( Figure 5A ).
At V3 growth stage under Fe added medium, we found genes FRO2 , showed a highly significant positive correlation at V3 and V10 in roots, and at V10 in leaves, respectively, with Fe concentration ( Table 4 ).
The ratio of sodium ions to potassium ions similarly exhibited an increasing trend after salt stress.
The GS expression displayed an increasing trend with prolonged RT storage time.
The roots DMWs of CK showed a decreasing trend from the end of VPWC and RPWC to maturity.
Oat landraces and cultivars used in this study showed similar genetic diversity, and a decreasing trend of genetic diversity was not observed from landraces to cultivars.
Two-way ANOVA revealed highly significant positive effects of PFA × SS treatment interaction on the activities of SOD and CAT in leaves, showing the greater promoting effects of PFA under salt stress, which means that PFA can effectively alleviate the damage of citrus caused by SS.
shows an increasing trend except that there is a downward trend at individual time points.
DAMs analysis Principal component analysis (PCA) results showed a trend of metabolome separation among the five groups ( Figure 4A ), indicating that there were differences in the volatiles in the root of B. scorzonerifolium collected at the different developmental stages.
Higher green needle and root P concentration, as well as soil total and available P concentrations in older plantations were observed, along a decreasing trend of senesced needle C:P, N:P and PRE:NRE values with stand age, indicating that P limitation was alleviated with the stand development of P. massoniana plantations.
With the continued increase of Cd use concentration from 50 mg kg -1 , both of them showed a decreasing trend in rhizosphere and bulk soil.
The application of TYE(B)-CFS showed an increasing trend during soybean germination either in saline or non-saline conditions, and 1:250 (non-saline), 1:1 (100 mM NaCl), and both 1:100 and 1:500 (125 mM NaCl) induced the most rapid seed germination ( Figure 3 ). 3.3.
Furthermore, hierarchical clustering analysis of DAMs in the CO 2 fixation pathway showed that the accumulation of regenerative precursors of RuBP, including Xu5P (xylulose 5-phosphate) and R5P (ribose 5-phosphate), exhibited a decreasing trend in the BL+Pyr and Pyr groups ( Figure 8C ).
In contrast to the increasing trend, the tree radial growth rates at the high altitude showed a decreasing trend across years.
2.5 Multispectral image features extraction 2.5.1 Selection of vegetation index By combining different bands linearly or nonlinearly, the vegetation indices constructed has certain indicative significance for the dynamic changes of vegetation canopy information, which not only reduces the influence of atmospheric and soil environmental factors but also enhances the sensitivity of LAI to canopy reflectivity.
Statistical significance was declared at p ≤ 0.05 and a statistical trend was declared at 0.05 < p ≤ 0.10. 3.
Heritability estimates did not necessarily increase with the increase in stress; a few traits indicated an increasing trend, while others showed a declining trend.
Highly significant mean squares due to the genotypes and their partitions, parents, crosses, and parent versus crosses were detected for all the studied traits except for total chlorophyll content under normal irrigation conditions.
The relative content of trehalose and sucrose produced by the sugar metabolism process was higher under the SN treatment than under the DN treatment and showed a trend of decreasing and then increasing under both treatments as the plants grew and developed, while the pyruvate produced by the glycolytic process produced lactate under the action of lactate dehydrogenase, and the change in its relative content was consistent with the trend of trehalose content.
With the growth process (the increase of stress time), the relative content of N, N-dimethylarginine showed an increasing trend under both conditions, while the relative content of L-malic acid showed a decreasing trend and the relative content of succinic acid showed a decreasing trend followed by an increasing trend.
Results We found that GZnC of the wheat accessions showed an increasing trend with their released years, indicating that the dominant allele of GZnC was not lost during the breeding process.
