A similar and highly significant association was also observed between enhanced expression of HLA-DR and CD4 on the classical subset ( r = 0.9483, P = 0.0001) within the LTNP group ( Table 3 ).
Excerpts
Among the 80% of children who had a parasite infection in the preceding 3 months (with or without symptoms), there was a highly significant positive correlation between the frequencies of Pf- specific total IL10 producing CD4 T cells and parasite density during infection (rho = 0.35, p < 0.0001, Figure 3 A).
The corresponding F is highly significant (F= 7.34, df= 208, 211, p= 0.0001059), showing that the patient group differs considerably from the healthy volunteer group.
Conversely, motif analysis of the repressive H3K27me3 peaks exhibited a strikingly uniform and highly significant (Adjusted p = 0.000106) enrichment of the Helicase-like transcription factor (HLTF) motif, which was present in over 85% of the target sequences ( Supplementary Figure 3B ).
The results from the linear regression model, adjusted for age and sex covariates, yielded several nominally significant variants in the PTPN2 region including the top finding of rs78943928 ( p = 1.69E−04) which resides approximately 29 and 22 kbp 3′ of PTPN2 isoform 1 and isoform 2, respectively.
This increase starts already at birth, remains constant throughout childhood s as shown by other groups ( 4 , 9 ) results in relative increase of the memorand adolescence, and is highly significant (linear regression intercept p = 0.0002, slope p = 0.54) (Figure 1 C). cTFHs Are Expanded in DiGeorge Syndrome To correct for the relative increase of memory CD4 + T cells in DiGeorge, we compared the percentages of CXCR5 + memory CD4 + T cells (cTFHs) of all memory CD4 + T cells (gating strategy shown in Figure 2 A).
Moreover, rectal mDCs after the 1st Ad-SIV immunization exhibited highly significant positive correlations with rectal IFN-γ + CD8 + memory T cells specific for SIV Gag ( r = 0.7356, p = 0.0002), SIV M766 Env ( r = 0.5979, p = 0.0054), and SIV CG7V Env ( r = 0.7615, p < 0.0001).
The differences between the populations are highly significant for both Cmax values, as determined by 3-group permutation ANOVA (p < 0.0002 for both) and pairwise Wilcoxon test for sparse vs dense (p = 2e-18 and p = 9e-14 for Cmax = 90 nM and 900 nM, respectively).
All four axes remained highly significant after conservative cross-family correction (all Holm-adjusted P < 2.5 × 10 -4 ), confirming that the convergent multi-omics signature associated with elevated Rad-Score — encompassing ferroptosis activation, effector immune infiltration, genomic instability, and spatially organized chemokine networks — is robust and independent of false-positive inflation across omics families.
Again, the correlation between total anti-spike IgG and neutralizing antibodies was highly significant (p=0.0003; Figure 4D ), suggesting that the decrease in the number of specific antibodies goes in hand with the reduction in their neutralizing ability.
When categorizing samples into five groups we found an overall highly significant difference (p=0.0003) in median %ddcfDNA.
A Fisher test was performed to demonstrate that Tbx21 module was significantly enriched with peaks: highly significant peaks (macs2 peak score >50) mapping to blue module (63/588) were significantly more enriched ( p = 0.0003) than turquoise module peaks (44/805).
All immunized mice except a single animal from each vaccine treatment were protected and survived challenge (94% survival) which was highly significant in comparison to naїve mice (25% survival, p = 0.0003; Figure 2E ).
Statistical analysis by two-way ANOVA revealed a highly significant interaction between the effects of the Vav-Cre and Syk flox/flox mutations ( p = 0.00032 and 0.00003 for males and females, respectively), indicating that Cre-mediated deletion of Syk in Syk Δ Haemo mice strongly increases trabecular bone mass.
This CD45RO+ CD4+ T cell expansion persisted in the Partners cohort despite extraction of the USIDNET pediatric population, which demonstrated an expected trend toward increased naïve and decreased memory CD4+ T cells (median adult count 34.0% CD45RO+, P = 0.00035) (Figure S1D in Supplementary Material).
T CM /T EM ratio has been used to reflect the differentiation status of T cells ( 38 ), We therefore compared this parameter before and after GC treatment and found a highly significant increase ( P = 0.0004) of the T CM /T EM ratio among CD8 + T cells after GC treatment ( Figure 7C ).
Similarly, when we use LPS(200 ng/mL) to stimulate KGN cells, an increasing trend emerged in the expression of IL-1β (4 h: P = 0.0004, 6 h: P = 0.0271) ( Figure 4B ).
A highly significant global association was detected in female participants (global P = 4.5×10 -4 ), whereas no evidence of a comparable association was observed in males.
The AEC 220/μL cutoff classified the patients into two populations with highly significant different distributions ( p = 0.0005, Figure 1E ).
Furthermore, the extremely significant lower value of the Shannoneven and Simpsoneven indices ( p ≤ 0.0005) in OVA-allergic mice demonstrated the considerably lower community evenness in feces of allergic mice.
Effect of drug on peak Lip10 stain index comparing the results from subjects receiving placebo versus subjects receiving 100 mg was highly significant ( p = 0.0005, Kruskal–Wallis).
We showed a highly significant downregulation of nrf2 ( p = 0.0006, Figure 1A ) and nrf2 -induced genes mRNA levels in patients’ skin fibroblasts, HO-1 ( p = 0.001, Figure 1B ), GCL ( p < 0.0001, Figure 1C ), and TRX ( p < 0.0001, Figure 1D ) compared to healthy individuals.
did not reach statistical significancep-value = 0.0008
In the non-classical T lymphocyte subset, γδ T cells were increased in decidua compared to PBMC but did not reach statistical significance unless only third trimester animals were compared (two-tailed unpaired t-test, p-value = 0.0008) ( Figure 4A ).
Heterogeneity analysis indicated significant variability among the included studies for both ORR (I2 = 77%) and DCR (I2 = 68%), with Q-tests for heterogeneity producing highly significant results (p < 0.001) in both cases.
3.2 The DQ8 marker The DQ8 allele exhibited a highly significant association ( X 2 = 10.24; p = 0.001), reinforcing its established role in the predisposition to gluten-related immune dysregulation.
