Interestingly, only the NFD diet showed a trend towards increased cell counts in TIM4 + CD163 + and CD163 + populations ( Supplementary Figure 8B ).

Migration toward the anode showed a trend of increased migration by increasing applied field.

Lxrα showed a similar increase after 4 hours of CD incubation, Npc2 only showed a trend ( Figures 7E, F ).

CD8 + T central memory cells (CD8 + T CM ) showed a trend that did not quite reach statistical significance after Benjamini-Hochberg correction (FDR=0.11) ( Figure 6F ).

Of all markers tested the lymph node homing receptor CCR7 and CD15s (sialyl lewis x, expressed by Tregs in sarcoidosis) were lower in MulTreg, whilst gut homing integrin beta 7 (β 7 ) showed a trend for increased expression in MulTreg according to both MFI and frequency ( Figures 2G–I and S2C ).

Whilst both cell products showed a clear trend towards inhibition of IFNγ, TNFα and IL-17A in Flu-HA responses this was only significant in MulTreg co-cultures, however, no difference was seen in inhibition of IL-13 ( Figure 3F ).

Furthermore, when all combinations that showed 100% breadth were compared, IgG3 bNAbs showed a trend to increased potency in double combinations, and significantly improved potency in triple combinations ( Figure 4D ).

Identification of Potential Small Molecule Drugs According to CMAP analysis, 10 small molecule drugs with highly significant correlations are listed in Table 3 .

This could promote hIgA1-sCD89 complex formation leading to deposits in the kidney, as suggested by an observed trend of increased hIgA1 glomerular deposits in P-mice as compared to NP-mice.
