Despite minor fluctuations, the proportion of both urban and rural Thais who engaged in the recommended level of MVPA showed an increasing trend (Table 1 ).

Notably, our studied population was very small, and it is possible that we did not reach significance for the behaviors that approached significance due to under-powering.
