Ferritin levels rose in both groups (+8.1 ng/mL post-MPP compared with +16 ng/mL post-MPL) reaching statistical significance in MPL ( P < 0.001) and trending toward significance in MPP ( P = 0.073), with no significant difference between diets ( P = 0.084) ( Table 4 ).
Using an ANCOVA, with performance improvement as the dependent variable and GABA/Glu change and group as independent variables, we found a significant effect of group ( F (1,34) = 39.423, p < 0.001) and no main effect of GABA/Glu ( F (1,34) = 2.371, p = 0.133); however, their interaction was trending toward significance ( F (1,34) = 3.423, p = 0.073).
Tanned skin colour was trending toward significance with serum 25(OH)D concentrations, F (1, 43) = 3.344, p = 0.074.
The two‐way interaction between RSA reactivity and positive affect predicting internalizing symptoms was trending toward significance for combined anxiety symptoms ( β = −0.03, z = −1.79, p = 0.074) but was nonsignificant for depressive symptoms ( β = −0.01, z = −0.74, p = 0.46).

For the 5 studies finding graft characteristics as a significant predictor for revision and 1 study finding them a significant predictor of graft failure, the most cited predictor was allograft usage as opposed to autograft, which was significant in 5 studies and trending toward significance ( P = .076) in another ( Table 6 , Table 7 ). 6 , 10 , 14 , 18 , 25 , 27 In support of this finding, in vivo sheep studies have shown allografts have delayed revascularization and recellularization, lower structural and mechanical properties, and increased anteroposterior laxity compared to autografts. 48 For patients with other factors that increase their risk of ACLR failure, the authors recommend that their surgeon consider using autograft if possible.
We also found positive enrichment of inflammatory response, type I IFN response, and innate antiviral response modules, and negative enrichment of plasma cell/immunoglobulins and B cell modules trending toward significance (p ≤ 0.076).
At baseline, levels for both proteins had a negative correlation with TMZ IC 50 , with MSH2 trending toward significance (r = − 0.5636, p = 0.0761, Spearman’s rank test).
As such, we repeated the logistic regression excluding these specific subgroups (remaining n = 989) and found that SO 1000cs remained a significant independent variable for unexplained visual loss relative SF 6 (p < 0.001) and SO 5000cs trending toward significance (p = 0.078) (Additional file 2 : Table S2).
