A similar pattern was shown for total gray matter volume; however, individual comparisons between exercise categories were only trending toward significance (“decreasers” vs. “stable high”: β = 0.06, SE = 0.03, P = 0.065; “decreasers” vs. “increasers”: β = 0.07, SE = 0.04, P = 0.060; Figure 4 ). 3.3.
The non‐dominant hand also exhibited greater variability than the dominant hand, trending toward significance ( F 1,102 = 3.475, p = 0.065, η 2 = 0.033).
While trending toward significance, no statistically significant differences were observed between 1- and 21-dpi tissue ( n = 4 to 6 per group, P = 0.0658) ( Fig. 6D ).

There was no main effect of group or interaction between emotion and group, although we note that the interaction was trending toward significance ( F (1,48) = 3.50, P = 0.068).
Stereological counts of TH + boutons in M1 showed that the 6OHDA lesion significantly reduced TH + boutons in ipsilateral L5 and reduction trending toward significance in ipsilateral L2/3 [ Fig. 7 C , D ; vehicle L2/3, 1.012 ± 0.13; 6OHDA L2/3, 0.63 ± 0.10 ( p = 0.068); vehicle L5, 1.00 ± 0.13; 6OHDA L5, 0.46 ± 0.079 ( p = 0.017)], indicating that the 6OHDA injection was effective.
In moderate CHD, there was a weaker association trending toward significance (left CST: β = 0.340, p = 0.069; right CST: β = 0.376, p = 0.055).
Moreover, the number of all incident VFx was higher in patients with MACS than in those without MACS, with the difference in symptomatic VFx trending toward significance (1.7% vs 9.1%, respectively, P = .069).

CIE-exposed mice also showed a significantly larger dip in activity during the drinking bout that was most pronounced during ethanol+sucrose drinking (RM one-way ANOVA, F (1.929,17.36) = 11.02, p = 0.0009, Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test was significant during sucrose drinking, q = 4.05, p = 0.0075, and was trending toward significance during quinine drinking, q = 2.59, p = 0.07; Fig. 4 E ).
Associations among PD Clusters and Ethnicities ( Table 3 ) There were no significant differences among ethnic groups in the non-adjusted or “crude” odds ratio rates, although African Americans were trending toward significance for more frequent cluster A PDs ( p = 0.07).
The deletion from − 1878 bp to − 1523 bp showed a decrease of luciferase activity that was trending toward significance ( P = 0.07); when the deletion reached the − 1264 bp, the luciferase activity was significantly increased ( P < 0.01); When the deletion reached − 953 bp, the luciferase activity was significantly reduced ( P < 0.01), indicating that there are negative regulatory elements in the region from − 1264 bp to − 953 bp.
We should note that a Wald test revealed that the parameter estimates for the fMRI activation variable were not statistically different between the phonological and semantic models, and only trending toward significance comparing the semantic and age models ( p = .07; fMRI parameter estimates: phonological = −11.811, semantic = −16.300, age = −0.7369) (Fig. 6 ).
Only one study examined CSA and postnatal PTSD symptoms, with the results trending toward significance ( p = .07), consistent with longitudinal studies across pregnancy and postpartum.
The difference between the preoperative standing sacral slope and the preoperative flexed seated sacral slope was trending toward significance ( P = .07) but this needed a larger sample size to test ( Fig. 4 ).
