In addition, results of the first interim analysis showed significantly fewer AEs occurred in the TAMP arm, with a 6-month survival difference trending toward significance. 28 Conclusion In this combined analysis of the RR1 (dose escalation) and RR2 (observational) studies, TAMP-delivered gemcitabine was found to be potentially safe, feasible, and provided potential clinical benefits in patients with LAPC.
