There is a study that aimed to evaluate the dietary intake of fish and v-3 fatty acids in children, where they proved by a linear regression model the relations between serum ALT and long-chain ω-3 fatty acid intake that tended toward significance by adding factors including demographic, anthropometric, and dietary variables [ 39 ].
In terms of actual clinical correlation, when they compared combination screening data with in vivo clinical responses, patients classified as responders ( n = 9) tended toward significance of increased ex vivo sensitivity (median DSS of 51.8) versus patients achieving poor response, with a median DSS of 23.4 ( n = 4; minimal response (MR) = 1, stable disease (SD) = 1, progressive disease (PD) = 2).
Notably, BMI tended toward significance in the non-adjusted model and became significant after covariate adjustment, highlighting the importance of these obesity-related indicators in the context of MCR risk. 3.2.1 Subgroup analysis There are significant differences in the associations between obesity indicators (WHtR, BMI, WC, BRI) and metabolic syndrome-related risk (MCR) across age and sex subgroups.
Exploratory behaviors showed no significant effect of treatment during the treatment observation period ( p = 0.238), but did show a significant overall treatment effect of during the post-treatment observation period ( p = 0.002), with control and electrical stimulus treatment showing a higher number of exploratory behaviors than the other treatments, but multiple comparisons only tended toward significance ( p (adjusted) = 0.053 ( Table 4 ).
In addition, preoperative symptoms such as tingling or numbness ( p =0.08) and inadvertent dropping of objects ( p =0.09) tended toward significance, but were not statistically significant in multivariate analysis.
