Initially the activity waveforms of the DD-VR mice showed a trend toward increased activity at night ( Figure 10B ), and they did not show appreciable FAA at the 7-day-time point (p < 0.05) ( Figure 10C ).

However, when either extract was administered once daily for three consecutive days, spleen IFN-γ levels increased significantly by EJHE (p < 0.02) and showed a trend toward an increase by EJHE-WR (p >0.05) (Figure 3A ).

Meanwhile, higher serum CA-125 levels (≥90 IU/mL) at the first recurrence showed a trend toward worse OS with borderline statistical significance ( P = 0.050) (Table 2 ).
