The carriers of either of these variants showed a trend towards a 2.14-fold (95% CI, 0.41–11.3, P = 0.388) increased risk of severe toxicity compared to matched controls ( N = 30).
The carriers of either of these variants showed a trend towards a 2.14-fold (95% CI, 0.41–11.3, P = 0.388) increased risk of severe toxicity compared to matched controls ( N = 30).
3 A) showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the Pro concentration, and it reached the extreme value at 0.9 mmol/L of Pro ( P = 0.390).
Moreover, although not statistically significant, the IgG seroprevalence of toxocariasis showed a trend toward higher rates in participants with epilepsy (OR = 1.79, 95% CI = 0.48–6.67, p =0.390; Table 2 ). 3.2.
Although pain during the first steps in the morning showed a trend favouring the ESWT group, statistical significance was not reached (P = 0.39) (Figure 2 ).
In contrast, in three studies involving upper limb skin grafts, although the NPWT group showed a trend toward improved outcomes, the difference was not statistically significant(MD = 3.24, 95 % CI [−4.17, 10.64], p = 0.39) ( Figure 4 A).
In the present study, we analysed CD36 by IHC in TMAs from tumour specimens obtained during cystectomy and found that CD36 immunopositivity was significantly associated with greater depth of tumour invasion (pT3b-pT4 stage) and showed a trend toward association with greater lymph node involvement (pN stage) ( p = 0.391), both of which are well-known markers of poor prognosis in MIBC [ 38 ].
lTES showed a trend of decreasing (−17%, p = 0.392) whereas rTES showed a trend of increase (9%, p = 0.710).
However, in the multivariate model, only ER level emerged as an independent protective factor, while liver metastasis showed a trend toward being a risk factor without reaching statistical significance (P = 0.393).
Patients were further divided into two groups according to whether they had diabetes, and the predictive effect of severe stress hyperglycemia on END was significant only for diabetic patients ( OR , 3.05; 95% CI , 1.29–7.21; p = 0.011), and showed a trend for predicting END in non-diabetic patients ( OR , 1.32; 95% CI , 0.694–2.509; p = 0.398).
Peritumoral NGLDM_Coarseness showed a trend toward increased risk but with very wide confidence intervals, suggesting numerical instability related to feature scaling and distribution (OR 7.61 × 10 16 , p = 0.399).
Knowledge test scores showed a trend towards improvement that did not achieve statistical significance (pre- 6.0 [5.0-7.25], post- 6.5 [5.75-8.0], 6–12-months 7.0 [6.0-8.0] p=0.40).
Only the synchronization in the gamma band showed a trend toward a more pronounced gamma ERS in the subthalamic nucleus contralateral to the moved limb (theta band: p=0.4, beta band: p=0.8, gamma band: p=0.08), as seen in Figure 2 .
Further analysis in these subgroups of patients showed a trend for higher mean initial prednisolone dose = 27 (±18) mg/d in patients with non-UIP pattern versus 17 (±16) mg/d in patients with UIP pattern (p=0.4), which might explain the increased risk for infections demonstrated in patients with non-UIP pattern.
We also found that the PTs from ciprofloxacin‐treated mice showed a trend towards having a higher crimp ratio ( p = 0.40) with a moderate effect size (Cohen's d = 0.68, 95% CI [−7.25, 2.48]) (Figure 2D ).
Conversely, tumor cell (TC) analysis showed a trend where a majority of TC1 and TC2 + tumors were B7x high (66.7% and 53.8%, respectively) compared to B7x low ( P = 0.4; chi-squared test).
Stroke rates were similar in the aortic, femoral, and innominate groups; however, the axillary cannulation site showed a trend toward fewer stroke events (3.6 vs. 12% for direct aortic cannulation, 12.5% for femoral cannulation, 10,5% innominate cannulation, p = 0.4).
When edaravone was added to tPA-treatment at 1 h (E + tPA 1 h), the mortality rate was similar to those received tPA alone (27.7%), but the infarct size showed a trend of further reduction (15.5%, p = 0.40 compared to the tPA-treatment alone).
After the VV and the HV stimulation, patients showed a trend of bearing more weight on their paretic side compared to the no stimulation condition-left hemiplegic group: 51.6%±11.3% (p=0.40) in the VV stimulation condition, 50.8%±12.1% (p=0.70) in the HV stimulation condition; right hemiplegic group: 53.8%±9.6% (p=0.19) in the VV stimulation condition, 55.7%±7.2% (p=0.20) in the HV stimulation condition ( Table 3 ).
Obesity showed a trend toward increased PTB odds (aOR 2 1.5 vs normal BMI) but with a wide CI and P = 0.40.
Patients with p-RPA2-high HGSCs showed a trend toward increased PFS (17.1 vs. 9.9 months, hazard ratio 0.7, 95% CI 0.3–1.7, P = 0.4) and OS (47.1 vs. 32.7 months, hazard ratio 0.60, 95% CI 0.24–1.51, P = 0.3) compared with those with p-RPA2-low HGSCs ( Figure 1C and Supplemental Figure 4 ).
Furthermore, although not statistically significant, patients in the high apoE group showed a trend of younger onset age (31.1 ± 19.1 vs. 34.9 ± 14.0 years old, p = .4), higher MAP (106.8 ± 15.1 vs. 101.7 ± 15.6 mmHg, p = .4), higher Upro [ln(Upro): 1.0 ± 0.9 vs. 0.8 ± 1.2 g/24 hr, p = .5], and higher TG levels [ln(TG): 1.1 ± 0.5 vs. 0.9 ± 0.6 mmol/L, p = .2] compared with patients in the low apoE group.
While EEC2 proportions showed a trend towards an increase in AMA, this was not statistically significant ( p = 0.4, Figure S6E ; Table S10 ), likely due to high inter‐patient variability, suggesting altered cell state rather than expansion drives the EMT signature.
Patients with overweight or obesity who received only anti-PD-1 showed a trend toward worse PFS (p = 0.40) but no clear change in OS (p = 0.35) ( 37 ).
