Comparisons of IRF8 scores with survival data showed a trend towards improved progression-free survival with high levels of IRF8 expression that did not reach significance ( P = 0.0596, Fig. 2 c).

A recent randomized controlled trial of 36 TA patients in remission assigned to placebo or the novel interleukin-6 receptor antagonist tocilizumab showed a trend toward increased time to relapse without reaching significance (p = 0.0596) ( 7 ).

However, plasma PPi levels were significantly reduced in female Ank KI/KI mice treated with vehicle ( Figure 1C ) when compared with Ank +/+ mice and showed a trend of reduction in male Ank KI/KI mice (male Ank +/+ vehicle vs male Ank KI/KI vehicle, p =.0597).

DAT availability in the caudate nucleus also showed a trend similar to that in the putamen ( p =0.0597).

CCL2 (MCP-1) also showed a trend towards elevated levels in E0771 mice receiving carbo/pax treatment when compared to anti-PD-1-treated mice ( p = 0.0598) and IgG controls ( p = 0.0567) (Fig. 9 B).

Although not statistically significant, an elevated cfDNA concentration in right-sided CRC also showed a trend toward poorer survival (504 vs 702.5 days; p = 0.0598; Fig. 3 B).

We performed the same analysis within the ICI nonresponding group and found that the cutoff of the IL-18/IL-18BP complex, free IL-18, and neutrophil concentration only showed a trend with OS, with, respectively, HR = 1.9 (IC95% = [1–3.7], p = 0.0599), HR = 1.7 (IC95% = [0.9–3.2], p = 0.1014), and HR = 1.8 (IC95% = [0.9–3.7], p = 0.94).

The correlation between Gpnmb expression in the brain and VRG50468 plasma concentrations showed a trend ( p value = 0.0599) (Figures S4 and S5 ).

Following non-targeted therapy, no significant changes in Shannon diversity, bacterial community structure, and relative abundance of genera and staphylococcal species were observed ( Figures S5–S7 ), although the community structure of nonlesional skin showed a trend for significant change ( p = 0.06) ( Table 2 ).

Supplementation and Exercise Increased SOD1 Antioxidant Defense in SkM ME10 + EX animals had increased SOD1 SkM protein content ( p < 0.05, Figure 4 F), while ME10 animals showed a trend toward an increase in SOD1 protein content ( p = 0.06, Figure 4 F).

While not significant, GM CBF showed a trend toward an association with VO 2 max change [ F (1, 45) = 3.06, p = 0.06].

However, amount of previous consumption was not statistically significant, although it showed a trend in which those who had previously consumed reported a higher intention to consume again [ β = 1.360, t (213.387) = 1.894, p = 0.060].

Increases in CBV from baseline to peak plantar flexion exercise after BR placebo and BR nitrate showed a trend for a greater increase in CBV at the peak workload of plantar flexion with BR nitrate ( p = 0.06; Cohen’s d = 0.56).

Post-BD FEV 1 /FVC likewise showed a trend towards improvement (p=0.06) ( supplementary figure S7 ).

In fact, KD mice showed a trend ( p = 0.06) toward decreased LDL-C and VLDL-C compared to the IKD mice (Fig. 2 H).

In multivariate analysis, higher number of children at enrollment in female HIV-infected index partners showed a trend to reduced odds of HIV transmission to their sexual partner (OR 0.558, CI 0.302-1.030, p=0.06).
