36 Although results for each group were only marginally significant, they reported that in the full sample (n=95), even after controlling for covariates (age, gender, race, and psychiatric comorbidity), participants who were prescribed a stable dose of antidepressant during the trial were more than two times more likely to be treatment responders (“very much improved” and or “much improved” on the CGI-I scale) than those who were not (adjusted odds ratio=2.7, 95% confidence interval (CI)=1.1 - 6.8).
Fourth, the sample size available for analysis ( N = 100) did not provide adequate power for detecting smaller gender × trauma type interactions, and the three interactions reported were only marginally significant in the omnibus ANOVAs, suggesting they require replication in a larger independent sample.
Given the lack of consistency of these results between the control and low HDL-cholesterol groups, and the relative statistical weakness of these associations (not significant or only marginally significant when Bonferroni corrections are applied for multiple testing), the clinical relevance of these findings is uncertain and are probably the result of multiple statistical tests.
Notably, no significant difference was observed between patients in proteinuria < 1 g/d and proteinuria ≥ 1 g/d group with respect to kidney endpoint probability ( p = 0.452), but patients with hematuria seemed to be more likely to progress to ESKD ( p = 0.05) than patients with the absence of hematuria, although it was only marginally significant.
In addition, another meta-analysis with a comparable update, focusing on postmenopausal breast cancer only and considering prospective studies only, provided a similar summary point estimate (RR = 0.94), which, however, was only marginally significant (95% CI, 0.88–1.01) [ 24 ].

The difference in the abundance of Flavobacterium , Lactococcus , Paracoccus , Prevotella , Pseudomonas , Psychrobacter , Streptococcus , Truepera and uncultured Chroococcidiopsaceae was not significant and the difference in the abundance of Acinetobacter , Aliterella , Bacillus and Rubellimicrobium was only marginally significant ( p values between 0.019 and 0.048) between the two environments (Table 1 ).
A final difference is in the correlation between depressive symptoms and anxiety feelings, which was large and significant in the EA group, but small and only marginally significant in the MA group, suggesting that the meaning of depressive symptoms and general anxiety feelings may differ between the groups. 3 Indirect effects For comparison between groups, Model 3 indirect effects are reported for the EA and MA subsamples.
