While the difference in the rate of prosthetic infection between the groups was not quite statistically significant ( p = 0.06; Fisher’s exact test), further exploration of the reasons for the disproportionately high rate of infection in the Charnley group revealed that the mean operating time was longer in the infected group (83 versus 68 min; p = 0.065) and the patients that became infected were significantly older (71.2 versus 65.4 years, p = 0.035) than the patients who did not become infected.
For PCB 138, at 4 dpf, the L1-D1 transition was increased in the 0.3 μM group (0.821 more; p = 0.01) and the 1 μM group (0.68 more; p = 0.04) and decreased in the 10 μM group though not quite statistically significant (0.6 less; p = 0.06) compared to the control group ( Supplementary Figure S17 ).
We observed, in agreement with the results obtained from the parasite counts in blood, that the parasite burden in the liver appeared to be lower in the ChAd63+MVA group than in the ChAd63 or naive groups, although the differences were not quite statistically significant [mean for ChAd63 = 235,850 relative light unit, ChAd63+MVA = 122,367 relative light unit, 95% CI (−10,197 to 237,164), P = 0.06 by a t -test] ( Figure 2b,c) .
Students who liked The Lord of the Rings more but read the factual article showed some evidence of doing better on the exam though it was not quite statistically significant (linear regression coefficient = 0.23, p = 0.06), suggesting that they might be more engaged in general, learned more from our lectures, or were stronger students for some other reason.
Practices requiring more clicks seemed to have lower rates of use of eConsult ( table 4 ) although this was not quite statistically significant (analysis of variance F=2.6; 3,43 df; p=0.06).
The results (see Figure 6 ) outlined that the dogfish that were acclimated to 75% seawater (SW) showed somewhat higher average levels of mRNA expression than fish acclimated to either SW (100%) or 120% SW, although this higher level was not quite statistically significant ( p = 0.0606 and 0.0805, respectively). 2.3.
2 .a; men: −25%, p = 0∙011; women: −34%, p = 0∙18), consistent with a recessive effect, but not quite statistically significant in GSAT (−8%, mean ddCT (se) TT = 1∙88 (0∙16), CC/CT = 2∙05 (0∙19), p = 0∙061, t -test, men: −9%, p = 0∙38; women: −10%, p = 0∙089) which has the higher overall expression.
The results were not quite statistically significant at 12 and 52 weeks (−3.57 g/m 2 , p =0.0619 and −2.80 g/m 2 , p =0.0529); the authors note that sacubitril/valsartan may have a positive effect on LV mass reduction independent of BP lowering. 13 Similar findings to this study were reported by Williams et al. who evaluated the same drugs and doses over a 12-week period.
