“near-significant”

A near-significant interaction for Thr × Gly was observed for FI and BWG ( P linear = 0.091 and P = 0.074, respectively).

A near-significant main effect of context was found, F(1, 17) = 3.620, p = .074.

This may explain why, even though there was a near-significant reduction in SBP in HIIT compared to LIT ( p = 0.074), mRNA expression of several RAAS-related of genes ( Ace, Ren, Agtr1b , and Cyp11b2 ) was slightly, but not significantly, increased in HIIT compared to LIT.

The near-significant odds ratio for use of cushioned insoles or orthotics in our study ( p = 0.074) may reflect a reverse causality, in which individuals already experiencing PF symptoms seek orthotic relief.

Using univariate analysis, episode duration was longer in cases with subfoveal choroidal thickness ≥500 μ m ( P = 0.0002), retinal pigment epithelium elevation at leakage sites ≥50 μ m ( P = 0.033), and a peak in subretinal fluid observed during follow-up ( P = 0.013), and there was a near-significant association of intense fluorescein leakage ( P = 0.074) with longer episodes.

A near-significant positive correlation was observed between irisin and FABP4 levels ( r = 0.155, p = 0.075) (Table 4 ).

In Colombia, the association was near-significant, but in the opposite direction (OR=0.53; 95% CI: 0.27, 1.07; p =0.075).

The peptides also showed a near-significant interaction effect at POD 1 and POD 7 ( P = 0.075 and P = 0.053, respectively) ( Figure 1 B).

In the multivariable analysis, longer prehospital symptom durations predicted recurrent RCD (P = 0.039), and younger ages were near-significant predictors of recurrent RCD (P = 0.075) (Table 3 ).

Importantly, baseline plasma meanVAF < 2.29% showed near-significant potential in predicting PFS (HR 0.08, 95% CI 0.01–1.28, P = 0.075), potentially serving as an independent predictor of PFS (Tables S3 and S4 ).

It shows a near-significant age effect for C2, F (10,4) = 8.5; p = 0.075; a significant age effect for C3, F (10,4) = 27.3; p = 0.00002; for C4, F (10,4) = 15.8; p = 0.003, and for C5, F (10,4) = 23.9; p = 0.00008.

Between the GPQ and the PPT measured at the left ( r = −0.39) and right ( r = −0.29) supraspinatus muscle and the EPT ( r = −0.30), near-significant ( P < 0.075) correlations were found.

We also observed near-significant trends towards increased leucine ( P = 0.076, Fig. 1 ) and decreased serine ( P = 0.059, Fig. 2 ) in obese persons compared with non-obese counterparts.

ANOVA for CPM revealed a near-significant effect of “group” ( F (1,37) = 2.137, p = 0.076, η 2 = 0.055), indicating at best a trend to reduced CPM in the pain patients.

Comparing n-3 PUFA intake directly to urinary 8-iso-PGF 2α resulted in only a near-significant trend (p = 0.077; p = 0.0828 after adjusting for sex); a recent publication of findings from the larger LIPGENE cohort reported a similar near-significant trend [35] .

First, Mg-deficient individuals in the diabetes group had a near-significant higher glucose level ( P = .077), suggesting a potential link between Mg deficiency and glucose control.
