The linear regressions to test whether spraint densities are good indicators for otter densities revealed a near-significant relationship between yearly spraint densities (numbers of genotyped samples per ha) and yearly numbers of distinct genotypes per ha (R 2 = 0.62, df = 4, p = 0.063, Fig 3 ), whereas there was no relationship between yearly spraint densities and yearly estimated individuals per ha (R 2 = 0.24, df = 4, p = 0.33, Fig 3 ).
Similarly, the highest MD concentration (i.e., 20 μM) induced a statistically significant increase in % DNA in the tail, with respect to neuroblastoma untreated cells (P < 0.01), as well as a near-significant difference with respect to 10 μM MD (P = 0.063).

Session length When comparing the 90-min session to the baseline 45-min session, there were near-significant main effects of lesion on c ( Figure 2(g) ; group: F 1,18 = 3.889, p = 0.064; group × session length: F 1,18 = 1.765, p = 0.201) and FAR ( Figure 2(h) ; group: F 1,18 = 4.119, p = 0.057; group × session length: F 1,18 = 1.612, p = 0.220).
