This reduction was significant for body weight and wing area (ANOVA, P < 0.007 for both comparisons) and moderately significant for wing length (ANOVA, P = 0.052), corresponding to a moderate (wing length η 2 p = 0.0315) or medium-sized (body weight η 2 p = 0.069, wing area η 2 p = 0.061) effect of the variants at positions 1174 and 1063 on these 3 traits in this population ( Table 3 ).

Isomorphic testing (research question 2) The ANCOVA on isomorphic declarative clinical knowledge quiz score revealed a moderately significant difference between groups, F (1,58) = 3.70, p = .059, η p 2 = .060, BF 10 = 1.16, observed power = .92 ( Fässler, 2022c ).
Snails The two-way MANOVA on snail abundance and mass, assessed on day 68, revealed effects of Elodea (Wilks’ F 6,70 = 2.1, p = 0.026) and moderately significant effects of the Elodea- by-insecticide treatment interaction (Wilks’ λ, F 12,70 = 1.6, p = 0.059), but not insecticides (Wilks’ F 4,70 = 1.7, p = 0.111).
As a result, there was a moderately significant difference in a guild’s average movement in changing landscapes (marginal effect of guild in changing landscapes P = 0.06; Fig 3 ; median values provided in S1 Table , full results in S6 Table ).
Therefore, significant (α ≤ 0.05) cooking pulmonary function changes at the study cohort level were not observed, although a moderately significant decline in FEV1/FVC during cooking was determined ( p = 0.06).
There was a moderately significant interaction (P = 0.06) between sex and treatment with males injected with the virus-positive filtrate surviving several days longer than females (see Figure 3 ).

As linear regression analysis indicated a moderately significant correlation ( p = 0.06) between age and BMI (Figure S2a ), we normalized gene expression levels by regressing out the covariate effects of BMI and sex.
After adjustments, the association of birth weight was rendered to a moderately significant trend (adjusted P -values<0.06), the association of birth length remained unaltered, and the association of head circumference became significant from a non-significant trend (adjusted P -values<0.05) ( Table 3 ).
