Compared to this unconstrained model, there was a small, marginally statistically significant change in chi square in the ‘Multigroup 2’ model, where factor loadings were set to be equal between the calibration sample and the cross-validation sample (Δχ 2 = 29.00, df = 18, p = 0.048).
After further adjusting age, sex, PS score, and clinical stage in the logistic regression model, it can also be found that the association between average vessel length and treatment unresponsiveness (SD + PD) remained marginally statistically significant, suggesting that the enhanced pro‐angiogenic capacity of CD33 + MDSCs may represent a risk factor for treatment unresponsiveness in SCLC (Table 3 ). 3.4.
Discussion This meta-analysis on the clinical outcomes of systematic electrocardiogram-based AF screening in individuals without known AF has three key findings: 1) AF screening is associated with a marginally statistically significant 7% relative reduction in the incidence of stroke and systemic embolism, 2) there is no signal of an increase harm in terms of major bleeding events, and 3) screening has no effect on all-cause mortality.
The results showed that age of home ( p = 0.012) and ln(creatinine levels) ( p = 0.004) were significant predictors and sampling season, time spent outside, and owning a pet dog or cat were marginally statistically significant predictors of ln(urinary PCP level), together explaining 29% of the variability in PCP concentrations in the children’s urine samples.
From typical phonation to soft phonation, most participants adjusted along both the PC2 (reduced vocal fold adduction) and PC1 (increased cricothyroid muscle activation), with changes in PC1 and PC2 both significantly differently from zero (except for female participants in which changes in PC1 were marginally statistically significant).
While the point estimate of the event rate ratio of documented symptomatic hypoglycaemia with BG ≤3.9 mmol/L over 30 weeks (second primary endpoint) favoured sitagliptin over placebo, the result was only marginally statistically significant.
