Using a landmark analysis from the end of consolidation there was again a marginally statistically significant effect of HLCr normalization by the end of consolidation on PFS using a multivariable Cox model on the subset of the two study arms with continuous lenalidomide maintenance (HR 0.61, 95% CI 0.37–1.02, p = 0.06).
The hazard ratios of the included variables are reported in Table 4 : patients with a positive pN status had an increased risk of at least 3-fold of developing a loco-regional recurrence compared to patients with pN0; the radiological dimension of the lesion and rDOI were marginally statistically significant, showing a very small effect size; the type of surgery indicated that patients who underwent a transoral surgery plus neck dissection had a better outcome compared to patients receiving a pull-through surgery plus neck dissection, even though on the threshold of statistical significance.
Finally, this study is in agreement with and corroborates the few other studies [ 12 , 13 ] reporting the association of pocket device infection with small mass size, the negative correlation of age with mass size, and the positive relationship of the mass size with coagulase negative staphylococci, and in general with positive blood culture even though the later 2 variables were only marginally statistically significant in our study. 3.2.
The direction of the estimates did not change except for reduced HR for esophageal cancer patients treated with carboplatin-fluorouracil in the palliative-intention group, which was not statistically significant, and gastric cancer patients in the palliative-intention group treated with other, more unusual chemotherapy where the association was only marginally statistically significant.
Caregiver WASH‐related knowledge and practices Caregiver knowledge of WASH and WASH–livestock‐related risks at endline was generally higher in the SELEVER group than in the control group for both mothers and fathers, with the differences across groups found to be marginally statistically significant for overall mother's knowledge and statistically significant for knowledge related to livestock risks (Table 4 , Supporting Information: A2 and A3 ).
Similarly, analyses stratified by age, gender, history of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cerebrovascular disease, dementia, or number of comorbidities showed no clinically significant differences though meloxicam was marginally statistically significant at 30 and 60 days.
