Compared with the empirical results on marginally statistically significant reduction in the risk for death (HR, 0.73; 95% CI, 0.52–1.03) derived from the two-arm RCT of remdesivir, 19 , 20 the point estimate was consistent but our proposed approach was more precise due to the incorporation of information sources derived from both the one-arm study and the two-arm trial.
9 Another SCCS study identified a marginally statistically significant elevated risk of ischemic stroke among individuals <65 years who received the Pfizer-BioNTech bivalent COVID-19 vaccine and the influenza vaccine on the same day. 10 Overlapping risk periods can also occur when 2 doses of the same vaccine are administered in close succession, such as in the 2-dose primary series of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine [BNT162b2] and Moderna COVID-19 vaccine [mRNA-1273]).
Although T RM increases at 8 weeks after aerosol vaccination, compared with the baseline, were only marginally statistically significant (95% CI) probably due to small sample sizes, remarkable proportions of Ag85A-specific CD4 T cells (~20%) and CD8 + T cells (~54%) present in the airways of aerosol vaccine groups were T RM ( Figure 4D ).
The results in panel (c), which also include a linear trend but where the outcome is the level of the number of cases, also indicate that SIPOs may have reduced the number of Covid-19 cases (these results are closer to zero and only marginally statistically significant).

Furthermore, significant overlaps were detected with DR’s transcriptional targets for all tissues, although we note that no genes were up-regulated by both treatments in the brain, and in the fat body the overlap for up-regulated genes was only marginally statistically significant (Table 2 ).
Contrary to our expectation, after 4 days there were no differences between workers and larvae for either nutrient, and there, if anything (the result is marginally statistically significant), was the opposite pattern of nutrient transfer than predicted with larvae having slightly more of an excess of carbon than workers, but not nitrogen.
APACHE II score (hazard ratio [HR] 1.07; 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.01–1.15; p = 0.028) was an independent risk factor, and colistin-based therapy (HR 3.02; 95% CI 1.00–9.13; p = 0.050) was a marginally statistically significant independent risk factor.
Sensitivity Analysis Our sensitivity analysis examining associations between past-year sexual orientation discrimination and past-30-day exclusive, dual, and polyuse (see Table S4 ) revealed that each one-unit increase on the 0–24 scale in sexual orientation discrimination was associated with 7% higher odds of dual/polyuse, though the point estimate was only marginally statistically significant (95% CI: 1.00–1.15).
By comparing the variant spectra between cases with and without specific features using Fisher's exact test with a 2 × m contingency table, where “ m ” indicates the number of genes, we selected the feature shown to be marginally statistically significant to investigate the correlation with the gene by Fisher's exact test with a 2 × 2 contingency table.
After the setting and age adjustments, associations between BSE and agreement with the statements “I only need a breast exam if I have a breast problem” (p = 0.030) and “I do not need a breast exam because I feel fine” (p = 0.027) became marginally statistically significant while they were marginally not statistically significant during the unadjusted comparisons in Table 4 (p = 0.087 and p = 0.11, respectively).
