With the Dreadnought Grey disc the value of α was closest to 1.0, and was different from this value at only a marginally significant level, implying that in this condition the birds landed nearly randomly all over the test surface even though this grey disc is (at least for humans) clearly distinguishable from the Kingfisher Blue background ( Figure 3 ).
For example, at day 52, when the effects of the dual infection are most pronounced based on MANOVA and LDA, ANOVA results show a marginally significant difference for IFNγ between PLV and non-PLV infections, and significant differences for IFNγ and FAS between FIVC and non-FIVC infections, suggesting that IFNγ is a strong driver of group discrimination.
Predictors of Increasing Severity of CIN In unadjusted (bivariate) analysis, participants with greater odds of more severe CIN included those currently receiving ART, those with cervical high-risk HPV-DNA, those with two or more lifetime sexual partners (marginally significant) and those educated only up to the primary school level.
Both analytic approaches also provide weaker evidence for a relation between the fMRI and low frequency LFP power, with a trend to colocalization in the 8–15 Hz range and in the multiple linear regression analysis, 16–23 Hz range alone as a marginally significant regressor and the interaction of single neuron firing and 16–23 Hz power as a significant regressor.
We note that we also performed exploratory analyses controlling for comorbid ODD/CD and results remained largely the same with two exceptions: baseline ROCF EPS significantly predicted follow-up DSPS scores and CIS scores (previously marginally significant associations), and group status still did not moderate either of these associations.
