Furthermore, we included a conservative method (Bonferroni) for correcting for multiple testing during post hoc pairwise comparisons, which may inflate the type I error rate, and should not detract further research of the effects which we found to be marginally non-significant.

For adult mass, on the other hand, we detected a marginally significant effect of aphid line and a marginally non-significant line × treatment interaction ( Table 1 ).
Although this under-documentation trend is notable, the z-score of -1.93 and a p-value of 0.053 indicate that the difference was marginally non-significant at the 0.05 threshold.

The HR suggested a lower risk of severe and moderate exacerbations (0.80 [95% CI 0.69–0.93] and 0.80 [95% CI 0.74–0.87], respectively) and a marginally non-significant decreased risk of pneumonia (0.85 [95% CI 0.70–1.02]) associated with fluticasone/umeclidinium/vilanterol.
