The differences in % molting between the complete medium control and the negative non-specific antibodies control were not statistically different, while they are highly significant when the effect of monospecific anti- Ov -CPI-2 antibodies on molting was compared with the two controls ( P = 0.0007 and P = 0.028 respectively).
The results show a highly significant effect of male genotype on insemination rates (X 2 = 14.437; d.f. = 2; p = 0.0007) but no effect of female origin (X 2 = 1.572; d.f. = 2; p = 0.4556) or interaction between the sexes (X 2 = 0.747; d.f. = 1; p = 0.3873).
There was highly significant association of H2-tagging rs8070723-G allele with reduced risk of LOAD in the Mayo Clinic cohort (odds ratio = OR = 0.81, p = 7.0E-4) with remarkably similar OR estimates in the JS and RS series (Additional file 1 : Table S3) and in the independent ADGC cohort (OR = 0.89, p = 1.3E-4) (Table 1 ).

Accordingly, while changes in scar mass mirrored changes in infarct size, viable tissue mass increased in CDC-treated patients (+13.0 ± 11.4 g at 6 mo), but not in controls (+0.9 ± 6.2 g at 6 mo), and the correlation between scar shrinkage and increased viability was highly significant (r = -0.59, p = 0.0007).
This increase in seropositivity with age was highly significant (logistic regression p = 0.0007).
There was no significant interaction of condition and night for the ON-OFF difference of all windows with more than two stimulations ( F cond x night (6,141.8) = 1.62, p = 0.15), the main factor condition was highly significant ( F cond(1,12.6) = 19.76, p = 7.1 × 10 −4 ) indicating that the lowSWA enhancement was persistent across 7 nights.
Further, in analyses of the GTEx (Genotype Tissue Expression) human post-mortem dataset containing samples from 53 non-diseased tissue sites for nearly 1000 individuals, we observed a highly significant correlation between GHR and MITF expression in sun-exposed (lower-leg; Pearson coefficient = 0.19, p = 0.00071) and not sun-exposed (suprapubic; Pearson coefficient = 0.25, p = 0.00011) normal human skin ( Figure 7 B).
However, we noted a highly significant interaction between line and diet in terms of final body weight ( P = 7.10 –4 ), specific growth rate ( P = 8.10 –3 ) and voluntary feed intake ( P = 5.10 –7 ).
