4 × 10 −4 ) and highly significant (median predictor cross-validation P = 4.6 × 10 −4 ), consistent with previous findings that low average heritability of gene expression can be compensated for by sample size sufficient to produce reliable genetic predictors ( Supplementary Table 7 ).
This confirmed a highly significant association between day 21 large clone count and six-month outcome, with responders having on average 5.7 more large clones on day 21 (95% CI: 2.6 - 8.87, P=4.8×10 -4 , Supplementary Figure 1 ).
As shown in Figure 4A , 10 min of retinoschisin treatment slightly reduced Src phosphorylation (86.8 ± 2.9%) compared with control treatment but with a statistically highly significant difference between retinoschisin and control treatment ( p = 4.9 × 10 -4 ).
A quantitative analysis demonstrated that TGF-β1 elicits tube formation in fibrin gels in a dose- and time-dependent manner, a highly significant (p < 0.0005) effect being observed after 48 hours of treatment with TGF-β1 concentrations as low as 20 pg/ml (Fig. 3E ).
Comparison The movements on the surgical side were larger than those on the orthodontics only side, but this difference was significant only during the second half ( p < 0.05) and highly significant ( p < 0.0005) only when considering the overall tooth movement.

However, a highly significant decrease of the transcript levels of the DA degradation enzyme COMT was observed in both A53T-SNCA overexpressing mouse lines ( Fig. 3 ; PrPmtA: −30%, n = 6, p = 0.0005 and PrPmtB: −26%, n = 7, p = 0.0018).
This relationship was fit using gamma regression and a log link, the results of which were highly significant (p < 0.0005, Supplementary Fig.
There was a highly significant treatment by time interaction effect (likelihood ratio test, chi-square = 15.155, df = 2, P = 0.0005), which was largely located after day 21 as indicated by the tests of the interaction parameters in Table 3 .
