The number of assessors was calculated using a sensitivity test at α-risk (strength of evidence that the difference was apparent) of 0.05, β-risk (strength of evidence that the difference was not apparent) of 0.05 and p d (maximum allowable proportion of distinguishers) of 50% to keep the amount of tasting within reasonable limits.
