When TMB score was added to the adjusted variables above, the 2tPD-L1 more accurately could predict survival; however, this, too, did not quite reach significance ( p = 0.051) ( Table 4 ). 3.6.

The BCG vaccinated males also had an increase in IL-2 to CA at V2, which did not quite reach significance ( p = 0.0512), but declined significantly by V3 (V2 vs V3 p = 0.0498) (Figure 3 E).

In terms of the relationships between different outcomes, there are significant correlations between improvements in positive symptoms and a worsening in hopelessness ( R = −0.978, P = .022, N = 4), improvements in negative symptoms ( R = 0.830, P < .001, N = 23), and some evidence of improved functioning, but this did not quite reach significance ( R = 0.510, P = .052, 2 tailed, N = 15).

Unfortunately, in our original experiment, this difference did not quite reach significance in isolation (p = 0.053).

The ACL-RSI score was higher for the pediatric group compared to the adult group but did not quite reach significance (82% vs 77%, p = 0.053).
