Correlation between Genotype and Gene Expression The susceptibility allele (A) of the rs2872507 locus ( Figure 1 ) was associated with the reduced expression of Gasdermin B ( GSDMB ) in intestinal biopsies from patients with IBD; the associations for noninflamed ileum and noninflamed colon were significant and that for inflamed colon was borderline significant ( Table 2 , Figure 2 ).
Analyzed collectively, there was a significant interaction between season and BCG for TNF-α ( P = .04) and IL-17 ( P = .02) responses (Figure 5 ). BCG Effect on Differential Counts Overall, BCG was not significantly associated with changes in the differential cell counts, although a borderline significant increasing effect was seen for monocytes (GMR: 1.09 [95% CI, 1.00–1.18]).
In univariable regression analysis with scaled WMH as a dependant variable, cystatin C at Wave 1 (OR per 1 unit increase = 3.32 (95% CI, 1.11 to 9.98), and CKD-EPI eGFRcys at Wave 1 (OR per 1 unit increase = 0.98 (95% CI, 0.97 to 0.99) were significant predictors, whereas CKD-EPI eGFRcre at Wave 1 was borderline significant [OR per 1 unit increase = 0.99 (95% CI, 0.97 to 1.00)].
In the cross-sectional data, there was some evidence of a significant relationship between travel distance to specialist medical care and reports of a sleep apnea diagnosis among men who likely required this specialist medical care ( P =0.04); however, this relationship was only borderline significant at the 5% level of significance and followed no clear or interpretable trend, and the analysis of follow-up survey data showed no evidence of such a relationship ( P =0.37).
By sub-components, there was significant perfect agreement in the critical area of RDT application and reading, significant moderate agreement in taking vital signs, borderline significant fair agreement in the general examination, and non-significant less agreement in the overall and in the drug taking histories.
