The research leads to the result that the use of plan-do-study-act (PDSA) led to a borderline significant reduction of 65.4 minutes in waiting time over 6 weeks and an insignificant improvement in satisfaction, suggesting that quality improvement efforts have to be maintained over a considerable period to be able to produce significant changes.
When comparing the minor homozygous genotypes to the heterozygous, the odds of above median mammographic were higher for the heterozygous, but only significant for rs2982712 (OR: 3.48, p -value 0.014) (Table 3 ). When examining the 17β-estradiol concentrations throughout the menstrual cycle for women with high and low percent mammographic density separately (median split of percent mammographic density) using linear mixed models we found a striking, albeit only borderline significant pattern for 3 of our 8 SNPs; the level of 17β-estradiol for women with the minor aa genotype for rs3020364 , rs24744148 and rs2982712 were lower throughout the cycle for women with low (<28.5 %) percent mammographic density and higher throughout the cycle for women with high (>28.5 %) percent mammo
The fact that the modified baseline ANU‐ADRI score and the risk factors score were higher for the intervention group in at least a borderline significant manner is also a possible limitation, as it can skew the results to show less of an intervention effect for ANU‐ADRI.
The difference-in-difference between LDN × 1 and LDN × 4+ for LT4 was not significant (6.2 DDD, 95% CI − 11.3 to 23.7, p = 0.313), but the dispensed cumulative DDD in LDN × 4+ LT4 dispensing after was almost significantly larger after starting LDN (19.8 DDD, 95% CI − 0.1 to 23.7, p = 0.060). There were no differences in the number of users of neither T3 nor LT4, except for a 2.0% points borderline significant reduction in the number of LT4 users in the LDN × 2–3 group (Table 3 ).
The cross-sectional association between higher frequency of consuming home cooked meals and lower adiposity was robust to adjustment for sociodemographic, lifestyle, and dietary covariates, whilst the association with lower likelihood of being classified as at risk of diabetes according to HbA 1c level was borderline significant.
