Beyond the top eight protein networks influenced by SARS/MERS infection, our analysis shows that Transmembrane Serine Protease 2 (TMPRSS2), a protein recently proven fundamental for SARS-CoV-2 entry in the cell [ 64 ], interacts with the viral Spike protein S ( Figure 1 ), and it is downregulated by beta-coronavirus infection ( Figure 3 ), although at borderline significance and not amongst the top eight ( p = 0.05, Table S2 ).
Smoking showed borderline significance ( p = 0.05), with male MD patients smoking less frequently (24.4%) than male controls (35.4%).
Change in frequency of meals consumed with the family in front of the television was not a significant predictor of perceived increase in dietary healthfulness in males (OR = 1.05, 95% CI = 0.88–1.25, p = 0.601), and PSS score achieved only borderline significance in the male-only regression (OR = 1.03, 95% CI = 1.00–1.07, p = 0.05) ( Supplementary Table S1 ).
Redoing this analysis with only the 15 participants that completed all four exposures did little to change the output, but eye category symptoms were no longer significantly changed ( P > 0.1) and hence total symptoms moved to borderline significance ( P = 0.05–0.1).
In meta-regression, only higher age was associated with lower GTR in resected OGM with the eTSA approach with borderline significance ( p = 0.05).
They were kept in the multivariate model, if they remained significantly associated with any HAI after adjustment for other risk factors in the model (borderline significance, p=0.05).
Depending on the selected borderline significance ( p -value), the number of peaks regulated by S-deficiency in the parental line was different and reached 27 for p < 0.05, 47 for p < 0.1, and 105 for p < 0.2.
For DCIS, we found statistically significant HPV associations in Europe (OR = 3.85, 95% CI: 1.46–10.14, p = 0.006) and borderline significance in Asia (OR = 3.29, p = 0.05).
However, a decline was observed in MLANA levels (with borderline significance, p = 0.05).
The difference in mortality rates reached the borderline significance level for isolated aortic (2.6% vs. 0.4%, p = 0.05) and mitral valve replacement (10.1% vs. 0.0%, p = 0.05) and was not significantly different for on-pump coronary surgery (11.9% vs. 6.1%, p = 0.32) and isolated tricuspid valve surgery (10.3% vs. 0.0%, p = 0.29) or aortic (2.5% vs. 0.0%, p = 0.35) and mitral (0.9% vs. 0.0%, p = 0.15) valve repairs; for complete data, see Table 3 . 4.
Toluene was strongly and significantly correlated with ethylbenzene ( r = 0.81, p = 0.02) and xylene ( r = 0.71, p = 0.05, borderline significance) (Table 3 ), while ethylbenzene exhibited a very strong and significant correlation with xylene ( r = 0.91, p < 0.001) (Table 3 ), suggesting shared emission sources, likely from household fuel combustion or solvent use [ 6 ].
Methylation of Wrap53α promoter was associated with worse overall survival of total patients with a borderline significance [adjusted Hazard Ratio (HR)=2.44, 95% Confidence Interval (CI)=0.98–6.04, P=0.05].
83.2 ± 34.7 mL/min/100 g, p = 0.001; MPR, borderline significance, p = 0.05) than the group with remaining dysfunctional segments (Table 3 ).
When further stratified based on PM and HIV status for the HWE test, the trend remains similar: there was no deviation for KM genotype frequency distribution in the HIV-1 negative women regardless of PM status or in the HIV-1 positive women without PM except a borderline significance of deviation in HIV-1 positive women with PM showing negative F(is) ( P = 0.05, F(is) = −0.18).
After 10 years the numerical difference persisted, and a borderline significance was obtained regarding the difference between the two groups (CV+: 19.6 U/mL vs CV−: 9.4; p = 0.05).
However, a borderline significance (OR = 0.71, p = 0.05) was found for our primary independent variable in predicting the odds of having a pap smear test in 2016, meaning that menopausal stage was still somewhat significant in predicting the dependent variable.
Moreover, although with a borderline significance ( p -value = 0.05), having experienced HAIs increase the probability to know information campaigns (OR = 2.55, 95% CI 0.97; 6.53).
In group DRW an increase could be observed after 90 min, but only with borderline significance ( p = 0.05).
