Although the correlations detailed in Table 3 (at the level of a cluster extent threshold of K E ≥100) do not cover all of the regions in which the RMTLE and LMTLE patients differed, we identified that, at borderline significance, GMV reductions in the middle frontal gyrus [ K E =91, coordinates=(39,48,12), p FDR =0.020] and temporal subgyral [ K E =55, coordinates=(47,-4,-18), p FDR =0.027] areas were negatively correlated with the duration of epilepsy and seizure frequency, respectively.
In the JSPH cohort, the mutation frequencies of FAT4 ( P = 0.052) and KMT2D ( P = 0.058) were higher in DEL patients with borderline significance in the MCD subtype (Figure 2D ), and in the OTHER subtype, CD83 exhibited a higher mutation frequency in DEL patients (33.3%) than in non‐DEL patients (2.0%), but there were few DEL patients of the EZB subtype in the JSPH cohort for further mutation analysis.
According to a previous Ecotyper study in publicly available DLBCL cohorts by Steen et al., 37 the LE4 ecotype was characterized by a higher abundance of immune reactive T cells and was associated with the ABC subtype and unfavorable OS with borderline significance; CD4 T-cell state S2 and neutrophil state S1 had significant associations with unfavorable prognosis.
After inclusion of rheumatoid factor and BL erosions in multivariate logistic regression analyses, however, the MBDA score at BL, but not DAS28-CRP, achieved borderline significance. 33 In our previous study based on this trial, we demonstrated the independent predictive ability of the MBDA score at BL for subsequent 1 year RRP. 25 This result posed a question concerning the role of the MBDA score in patients with RA whose disease (and MBDA score) is already affected by treatment.
