A borderline non-significant trend was observed across molecular subtypes ( p = 0.055).

For urothelial cancer, risk differences were borderline non-significant ( p = 0.055).

Regarding Zinc (Zn), the station effect was significant ( p = 0.009), while the influence of sex remained borderline non-significant ( p = 0.055).

This difference was borderline non-significant (t(108)=-1.94, p=0.055; mean difference -3.0 weeks, 95% CI -6.1 to 0.06) (Table 2 ).

We observed no association between APOE e4 + ( B = − 3.52 [− 7.84–0.80], p = 0.108) or BDNF Met + ( B = 3.78 [− 0.84–8.40], p = 0.107) and the BAI score and a borderline non-significant association between APOE*BDNF interaction ( B = − 9.29 [− 18.78–0.20], p = 0.055) and the BAI score.

Notably, at the early time point, richness was also increased in T2DM compared to controls with corresponding increases in the Shannon index; however, this was borderline non-significant ( P =0.055, Fig. 3a, b ).

Collagen showed a borderline non-significant effect on skin barrier integrity (pSMD [95% CI] = − 0.21 [− 0.42, 0.004], p value = 0.055) with moderate heterogeneity (I 2 = 57.7%) and no indication of publication bias (Egger’s test p value = 0.4799).

Atrial fibrillation (AF) was more frequent in the HFpEF group, though the difference was borderline non-significant (21.6% vs. 8.0%, p = 0.055).

The association with anemia was borderline non-significant ( p = 0.055).

The implant location was borderline non-significant for postoperative infection ( p = 0.055).

The pooled effect estimate was borderline non-significant (estimate 0.77, 95% c.i. 0.59 to 1.01; P = 0.055), suggesting a possible trend.

Below are the key findings from the MR results, categorized by method and exposure type ( Figure 1 ). For overall endometriosis, the Inverse Variance Weighted (IVW) method demonstrated a borderline non-significant association with PE or eclampsia (p = 0.056, OR = 1.0002, 95% CI = 1.0000–1.0005).

While the association between MPA discontinuation and the MAKE-180 outcome became borderline non-significant in this extended model (p = 0.056, Table S6), the absence of a statistically significant interaction (p = 0.61) suggests that the effect of MPA discontinuation did not differ substantially between COVID-19 and non–COVID-19 patients.

Associations with SNP rs3780901 in the ALOX5 gene were borderline non-significant (OR (dominant) = 1.29, 95% CI = 0.99–1.67; p = 0.056).

Surgery appeared to be borderline non-significant (HR: 2.132, 95% CI: 0.980–4.637, P =0.0563) ( Table 2 ).

The simple effects of maturity within each sex x activity combination ( Table 2 ; Figure 2 .) demonstrated that there was no maturity effect for walking in either sex (boys p = 0.75; girls p = 0.31), but ALR decreased significantly from Pre- to Post-PHV in running for boys ( p < 0.001) and showed a smaller, borderline non-significant reduction in girls ( p = 0.057).

The tricuspid regurgitation multiview DNN had a borderline non-significant difference with A4c DNN (Bonferroni-adjusted P = 0.057) and a non-significant difference with the PLAX DNN.
