As in the case of GPx, pre-treatment for 3 h with all four concentrations of cocoa extract significantly recovered GR activity in a dose-dependent manner between a slight (barely significant) decrease at 25 μg/mL and a through recovery of basal values at 50 and 100 ug/mL, being 200 μg/mL more effective than 25 but less effective than the two lower concentrations ( Figure 7 ).
At very least, our conclusions and the adoption of bold statements should be reflective of the statistical evidence; where results are barely significant, it may be more prudent to suggest that the results are indicative of something rather than that they confidently state fact.

The mapping for average relative humidity over one year surrounding the date of isolation ( Figure 3B ) resulted in one QTL on the left arm of chromosome II, two linked QTL on the right arm of chromosome V (LD r 2 = 0.536; Figure S1 ), and one barely significant QTL on the right arm of chromosome III that is highly linked to the other three QTL (LD r 2 = 0.774, 0.777, 0.548; Figure S1 ).
Significant associations between IFNα concentrations and the B cell activation markers (B2M, BAFF), immunoglobulin free light chains, and CCL19 were observed; however, for IFNγ, associations with these markers were weaker and barely significant (Supplementary Figures 3A and 3B , available on the Arthritis & Rheumatology website at https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/art.42265 ).
Tukey’s honestly significant difference (HSD) statistics across pairwise comparisons for the breakpoint-partitioned datasets (ex1br and ex2br) by AT3-1 and AT3-2 clades finds that means for all comparisons are strongly statistically significant, except : AT3-2 ex1br vs AT3-1 ex2br, which is barely significant with a p-value of 0.046; and AT3-2 ex1br vs AT3-2 ex2br which is not statistically different.
Noticeably here, while we did not find any main effect of the level of simulated gravity upon subsequent vection (although the trend was barely significant), one may speculate that previous coherent sensorimotor exposure (i.e., FFA condition) may help preserve the sensibility to visually-induced self-motion sensation (which is conversely diminished at 100% BW in our experiment).
