In this overall study cohort, the IBD-KID2 scores for mothers belonging to a support group were approaching significance ( P = 0.054), but this variable had no impact on the IBD-KID2 scores of the child with IBD.

Basal STAT3 phosphorylation was also significantly increased in subcutaneous adipose tissue, with JNK phosphorylation approaching significance (p = 0.054) ( Fig. 8 ). 4 Discussion The principal findings of the study are that AMPK activation in adipocytes inhibits multiple pro-inflammatory signalling pathways, including IL-1β-stimulated phosphorylation and activation of MKK4/JNK and IKK/IκB/NFκB pathways, TNF-α-stimulated IKK/IκB/NFκB and IL-6 trans-signalling-stimulated JAK-STAT3 signalling.

The Clinical stage demonstrated an association with DFI ( p = 0.015) but not with DSST, despite approaching significance ( p = 0.054).

Additionally, an interaction approaching significance ( p = 0.054) was present seven days into bed rest, where participants who did not show signs of SANS exhibited reduced DTI-ALPS index from pre-bed rest, while SANS participants displayed an elevation in DTI-ALPS index (Fig. 2 and Supplementary Table 1 ).

Results revealed that group differences across two stressors were approaching significance during t4 (stressor): F (1, 88) = 3.81, p = .054.

Compared to the saline injected mice, the trabecular BV/TV was reduced by 38.01% ± 6.1 in BTX WT ( P = 0.0029) versus 37.92% ± 4.7 in BTX KO ( P = 0.0023); structure model index (SMI, a widely used measure for rods and plates in trabecular bone), was increased by 25.64% ± 3.3 in BTX WT ( P = 0.0006) versus 19.32% ± 5.9 in BTX KO ( P = 0.0394); thickness was reduced by 21.86% ± 3.7 in BTX WT ( P = 0.0003) versus 27.12% ± 9.4 in BTX KO ( P = 0.0080); and, degree of anisotropy (DA, a measure of trabecular orientation) were significantly reduced by 13.52% ± 2.2 in BTX WT ( P = 0.0009) and approaching significance in BTX KO (8.64% ± 2.3, P = 0.0546).

Both anxiety and depression decreased within this study, with anxiety scores approaching significance ( p = 0.055).

The performance in the object memory test was significantly affected by genotype [ F (1,36)=4.25, P =0.046], with the effect of treatment and genotype × treatment interaction approaching significance ( P =0.055 and 0.067, respectively).

Additionally, the difference in the median number of falls for the SOT was approaching significance ( Z = −1.617, P =0.055), with the PIGD group experiencing a higher number of median falls than the TD group (Mdn = 1, Mdn = 0, respectively).

For IL6, the effects of treatments were seen in the GFAP-ApoE3 females, with a sex by treatment interaction approaching significance ( p = 0.055).

A linear increase in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels approaching significance ( p = 0.055) was also observed.

In terms of appearance attributes, the parameters found to be significantly different among samples were golden colour, dry appearance (approaching significance p = 0.055), springiness and dryness to touch, crumbliness, and presence of uneven colour patches.

Differences approaching significance in DFS ( p = 0.055) and 3-year OS ( p = 0.082) were observed ( Fig. 1 A and B ).

Increases in problematic internet use was associated with increases in anxiety symptom severity ( β = 0.18, p = .005) and approaching significance for greater depression symptom severity ( β = 0.12, p = .055).

For baseline FA, the model was approaching significance for UPDRS-III total [F(5, 55) = 2.33, p = 0.055, R 2 = 0.17] and reached significance for AR severity [F(5, 55) = 2.40, p = 0.049, R 2 = 0.18].
