In addition, we found evidence of high GNA12 expression in multiple sets of colorectal RNA-seq data ( GSE107593 : P = 7.48 × 10 −9 , LogFC = 0.42; GSE117993 : P = 6.76 × 10 −7 , LogFC = 0.27; GSE166925 : P = 1.09 × 10 −3 , LogFC = 0.52) and suggested an elevated trend in myeloid cells ( GSE162335 : P = 3.71 × 10 −13 , LogFC = 0.42).

edulis showed an elevated trend under warming ( p = 0.001 for temperature effects) but did not under OA ( p = 0.30) (Figure 5a ; Table 2 ).

Results Meta-analyses revealed an elevated trend in SERPINE1 expression levels in TCGA [standard mean difference (SMD) =0.95; 95% confidence interval (CI), 0.53–1.36; P<0.001].

Further subgroup analyses disclosed that in PASI75 responders, miR‐146a expression also showed an elevated trend throughout these four time points ( p < 0.001) (Figure 3B ); while in non‐PASI75 responders, the increasing trend of miR‐146a expression was not significant throughout these four time points ( p = 0.124) (Figure 3C ).

Further analysis showed that expression of MerTK in both CD56 dim and CD56 bright NK cells had an elevated trend in SLEs when compared with HCs (CD56 dim : 209.8 (90.9–557.3, p<0.001 vs 70.4 (47.5–156.3); CD56 bright : 419.3 (143.4–5905, p=0.040 vs 198.3 (108.0–607.1)) ( figure 1E ).

Conversely, male offspring from RUPP dams exhibited an elevated trend of circulatory glucagon ( p = 0.003).

The results showed that the expression of c-kit mRNA and SCF mRNA in the tail-hanging group was significantly lower compared with that in the control group ( P < 0.0001; P < 0.001), and the expression of c-kit mRNA and SCF mRNA in the tail-hanging group presented a trend of elevation with significant difference ( P < 0.01), and that in the tail-hanging group the expression of SCF mRNA in the probiotics The expression of SCF mRNA in the tail-hanging group showed an elevated trend with significant difference ( P < 0.01), The expression of c-kit mRNA in the probiotic tail-hanging group showed an elevated trend, but there was no significant difference ( P > 0.05; Figure 2 ).

The expression of CD34 mRNA in caput epididymis tissues of yaks compared to corpus and cauda showed an elevated trend ( p < 0.01).

The ratio of β 2 -MG/MA presented an elevated trend in both the euhydrated group (Z = −2.23, p = 0.026) and the dehydrated group (Z = −2.72, p = 0.007), while the prevalence of elevated ratios of β 2 -MG/MA in the euhydrated group were higher than that in the dehydrated group, though this may have been due to chance ( Table 3 ). 4.

With ascending quartiles of TIR, downtrends were observed in the prevalence rate of diabetic retinopathy, ACR, HbA1C(%), SD, MODD, MAGE, MBG, ADDR, M value, and CV of type 2 diabetes patients(P < 0.05); on the contrary, Male proportion and UREA value showed an elevated trend (P < 0.05).

Figure 1 B,C shows that the cooking loss and centrifugal loss had the same tendency as the thawing loss, and all the three indexes showed an elevated trend with increasing number of F-T cycles ( p < 0.05).

Lymphocyte subset monitoring showed an increasing trend in CD8+ T and B cells after CIK cell therapy ( P > 0.05) and an elevated trend in NK cells after NK cell therapy ( P > 0.05).

Interestingly, butyrylcarnitine (C4) showed an elevated trend in the GR group after probiotic supplementation ( P < 0.05 by the Wilcoxon signed-rank test; Supplementary Fig. 7 and Supplementary Table 8 ), which is consistent with our early report that butyrylcarnitine (C4) was increased in older women supplemented with L. reuteri ATCC PTA 6475 compared to placebo 16 .

HD group showed an elevated trend p = 0.0706.

No significant difference in serum FGF-21 levels was observed between CHD patients with hypertension (462.2 ng/l, [59.1–2614.9], n = 97) and CHD patients without hypertension (428.2 ng/l, [77.8–1069.2] n = 38), despite an elevated trend in these CHD patients with hypertension (P = 0.0718, Figure 1C ).

Serum NGAL levels showed an elevated trend in subjects with overweight/obesity ( P = 0.085, presented in Additional files 1 , 2 ).
